In the Army Now Reviews
Pauly Shore takes a lead role and kills it. Alongside another comedic giant in David Alan Greer, it's non-stop fun. The plot is ridiculous, yes, but it delivers over and over again. I will stop and watch any time I see this on cable tv. It's great and due in big part to Shore.
this was a alot better than i was expecting it to be
Phobe even DAG couldn't save this disaster
I paid $1 to see this movie in 1994 and I felt ripped off. I will never get that 92 minutes of my life back. BAD.
Hilarious movie that reminded my so much of how my boyfriend probably was at army bootcamp! Ignore the haters
In the Army Now is another Pauly Shore vehicle that falls apart as it goes along. The film is quite funny as Shore goes through all the typical army training and punishment he endures due to his disrespect to training officers. The remaining support are essentially left with nothing and it's all the Pauly Shore show, which was to be expected. The film isn't without its charm but it will depend on your tolerance for the usual Pauly Shore humour. The film really needed to flush out the support to ensure the weight wasn't to be fully lifted by Shore and it's this reliance that really sinks it in the end. There was ample opportunity to branch out of the usual comedy troupes and sadly this is one of those films that will vanish for the new generation. 05/07/2020
my go to blockbuster pick as a kid.
Fun Pauly Shore movie. Lori Petty is very good in it along with David Allen Greer. And Andy Dick actually is normal. The story is fun and that's what movies should be about. Another movie that grows on you.
Quite possibly one of the worst films of all time. I remember seeing it when I was young and still realized how dumb it was. It was in 온라인카지노추천 the other day I got a glimpse and wanted to jump off a ledge. Bad bad stuff here.
