Juror #2 Reviews
good intensity. a good moral choice, thought provoking!
For me, it was a flashback to the amazing 80s and 90s courtroom drama movies 🍿! Clint at his best and the cast We’re all meant to be in this movie. It was nice to have an amazing movie and awesome popcorn. I feel like I got my moneys worth!
This phenomenal movie features an incredible story and outstanding performances by the cast. Hollywood needs more thoughtfully crafted films like this, instead of the repetitive fantasy comic book movies that dominate today’s market. Juror #2 has quickly become one of my all-time favorites. It's a must-see for anyone who appreciates intelligent, suspenseful, and occasionally humorous films!
Why this has good reviews I will Never understand. You really have to suspended disbelief to make this idea of a movie make sense. And I dont mean like when you watch a marvel film with all the aliens and powers and talking animals. I genuinely couldnt accept what was allowed to happen in this movie.
Superb acting especially from Toni Colette. Skilled directing. Story is very engaging.
Legally awful. All the lawyers were incompetent. This review is from a lawyer.
Would've made a fun made for 온라인카지노추천 crime caper. Gets points for revealing its big twist, early on. But spends too much time basking in the implausibility of it. Almost saved by the ending.
Clint has us asking the question, "What would I do?" I experienced my conscience, and found Justice and virtue aren't so clear-cut, and that they are personal. My tribe can't answer this for me. Better to experience this in a movie than in real life.
Another excellent film from the master, Clint Eastwood.
A powerful representation of one mans moral struggle to reconcile a past accident with his role as a new father and member of a jury in a life and death case. The dilemma is incredibly tense and performances captivating.
I thought the movie was okay. The acting was great, but the story didnt do much for me. I wish there had been more surprises, as the preview already gives away most of the plot. If youve seen the preview, youve pretty much seen the movie. I was hoping for twists or something unexpected to make it more engaging.
Loved it until the end!
Fascinating story beautifully acted and wonderful direction by Clint Eastwood.
This is my type of movie & I wish we had more of them. Clint Eastwood does not disappoint. The movie moves along at a good clip and as usual, a great ending.
We are so used to seeing fast scenes in movies for our ever-shrinking attention spans, so it was a pleasure to see a complex, character-driven story that really made you think. It's the type of movie where you leave the theater and talk with your friends about what you would have done if you had been facing the same moral dilemma as the characters. I won't spoil the ending, but those last ten seconds really did take my breath away. This is a movie I'll see again.
Equal parts inspired from 12 Angry Men and Rashomon, this is Clint Eastwood’s best movie in years. His efficient filmmaking fully translates to screen, as an otherwise basic courtroom procedural flies by. Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette are great. …what’s your price for Justice?
Good legal thriller.
I loved the movie. Of course, I'm a Clint Eastwood fan dating back to Rawhide. If Clint directs and/or stars in one of his movies, I will be in attendance. Ending was suspenseful. Won't give it away by discussing in this column. This movie is being in only a few theaters and is not receiving the press it deserves. Majority of Mr. Eastwood's movies are huge moneymakers and Warner Bros. is responsible for this movie not being distributed as it should. Supposedly, it will be on MAX streaming in a month or so and I will watch again. The entire cast was magnificent in their appointed roles.
This was a typical Clint Eastwood movie. It was well done. The cast was perfect.
screenplay great. overall solid
