Wow! Put this one on to pass some time thinking it would be cool to just have it on in the background. Ended up loving this film. Very well done. Well worth the watch. Thought the acting from everyone was great.

It's a tough but a very compelling watch it's definitely not a Hollywood type film as the film makers had a bit of nerve for once.

Spoiler alert!! Disgusting evil but I was hooked due to the beginning mystery of the plot. Then, a baby was involved and I had to find out that it would end well for him only to be left not knowing and finding out the “hero” was NOT a hero. Wish now I’d never suffered through the horrific evil acts to find a “non- silver” lining. Good acting so gave 2.5 stars.

I liked it But.... I hated it more Its well executed, but also sickening. Not the kind of film to take your Mother too, or one that you will ever want to see again. This is only my personal opinion ofc, but horror to me does not have to be so morbid that youd never want to see the film in a heartbeat. Brutal but very effective horror thriller which is hard to watch at times and is in a similar vein to wolf creek.

Quite realistic and unnerving but somewhat predictable…and the ending was very unsatisfying IMO, with some questions seemingly unanswered entirely.

This is a very well made but intensely disturbing picture. The horror is slow to unfold but ever-present, with a well-crafted nonlinear storytelling device keeping the viewer ahead of the characters and on our toes. Once things start to happen it gets extremely dark. Even fans of brutally realistic horror may find it challenging. Viewer discretion is advised.

While the violence is realistic, the plot is rather formulatic and you sense we have seen this all before.

Excellent thriller from Down Under. Good plot execution and overall great acting from the entire cast.

I wish I'd read reviews before I wasted my time watching this awful, violent, sickening, nonsensical excuse for a movie. It was horrendous, with rape and violence just for the hell of it. I'm very disappointed that Aaron Pederson was in this - I used to like him as an actor, but he must have been desperate to take this role. This was a sickening movie from start to finish. DO NOT WATCH!

Nice little parallel sequence of the two stories but apart from that nothing original, like how it didn't shirk on the brutality.

Brutal but not gratuitous the depth of the characters interactions without there being a whole lot of dialogue about who was who stayed with me long after it was over .

This movie is a disgrace.. I'm so angry about it I cannot understand how Stan can show a film about mindless brutality to women and children with no plot or reason. Just some sick women and children hater getting his kicks. Disgusting film. If you're a mother, or anyone with a heart, never watch this movie.

Brutal thriller that's very well acted. Also, some interesting elements to set it apart from many other films in this genre. Really enjoyed it, if you like dark and unnerving thrillers this is well worth a watch.
