Best lara croft out there, the vibe and the fun is there. Shame the ending was very flat compare to the rest of the movie.

Filme legal, o roteiro é legal, Angelina Jolie é excelente como a Lara croft, o filme tem cenas de ação muito boas, a história do olho que tudo vê é muito boa, gostei dela voltar a faça para ir em direção ao vilão, o ruim do filme parece que ele tem muita ficção eu recomendo esse filme vale a pena assistir.

3 & 1/4 stars. A solid action, adventure film starring the terrific Angelina Jolie. A very young Daniel Craig shows off his body but doesn't have many lines.

Unfortunately terrible. Based off the popular game series "Tomb Raider" you see throughout the movie a terrible rendition of it. Lara Croft comes across senseless and dry, not coming close to fulfilling the character combined with bad writing creates an overall bad recreation of a good idea.

What a blast! This is what the magic of movie making is all about! Such a good, comforting, entertaining, action packed adventure that is being offered to the viewer with this blockbuster. They don't make movies like this anymore. Fans of the original Core Design Tomb Raider games agree that Angelina Jolie is the personification of Lara Croft. Here I'd like to thank Angelina Jolie for not disappointing us fans. This film will always be in my heart and even after some 30+ re-watchings make me feel like a kid. Amaaaaazing plot, soundtrack, cinematography, acting skills, filmed locations, special effects, mood. The only disappointing thing about this film is that time goes by so quickly and you'll still want more.

20 years later and this is still a fun video game adaptation and my first introduction to Angelina Jolie, this was her first time doing stunts Jolie plays Lara Croft; expert archaeologist and heir to the Croft Manor equipped with vehicles, guns, and two guy friends (tech wiz and butler) Lara’s father Richard passed away years ago and she’s been on her own ever since But she finds clues to a device called The Triangle which can give whoever the power to control time itself But the Illuminati are after it too lead by the evil Manfred Powell wanting to use the Triangle for his own Lara faces off against him, a former teammate turned traitor working for Powell, stone soldiers, and a giant robot Despite several plotholes and barely any emotional weight Jolie is the major selling point here Cool that her father John Voight plays a central role here and the action is dumb fun, too At the time it was the highest grossing video game movie for a decade leading to a sequel For a video game adaptation it’s fun pure and simple nothing more No third film ever came to be but it made Jolie an action heroine nonetheless and one of my favorite summer flicks

The movie is ridiculous BUT Jolie was the perfect Lara Croft.

So I just got around to watching this movie. (20 years later). This was really an excellent movie.. I really enjoyed it.. At a time before politics infiltrated all our movies…. I think this one is an A+++
