This is one of those rare sequels that are just as good as the original. It's got a star studded cast that just work so well together... Great movie ✌️

Love Everything Robert Di Niro is in, most things Dustin is in, and some things Stiller is in 💙💙💙

I liked it and that counts!

This movie is a little more over the top than the first one, but it’s still really funny. Greg and Jack’s chemistry is great. Adding Greg’s parents to the mix only made it funnier

It starts out half decent but just slowly it gets overloaded by too many subplots and it can't find a clever way to make it all work. The Baby, The parents, the marriage, Jack's issues, Greg's wetlock son, it just never feels focused and loses a big reason why the first worked so well. The clever setups for a focused plot which propels the humor. The humor in this is alright. The acting is decent and everyone has the same chemistry as the first and Hoffman & Striesand are good editions but the humor and unfocused plot really weight things down. This relies way too much on low brow sex jokes and lots of recycled stuff from the first one that don't work as well. Everything else is just alright about it. This just needed to trim down all the subplots and that alone would've helped bigtime. None of the humor is terrible just very flat or having a recycled feeling. Oddly enough Ben Stiller is probably the weakest thing in this and is just alright. When it's just him for a bit in the middle he really can't carry this and just isn't funny. I guess if your a big fan of any actors in this it might be worth a watch but most should skip this.

A sequel to "Meet the Parents" was teased in the final moments of the first film and it somewhat delivers. The characters from the first movie return in full force with Greg and Jack's relationship in a good place, but not too steady. Throw in Greg's parents, played excellently by Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand and the tension is at an all time high. There are some genuinely funny moments in this movie, but it is much more crass than the first. For some reason, there are a lot of weird, nude items scattered throughout the film. Ultimately, this is a fine sequel but it does not hold a candle to the first film. Best Character: Roz Best Quote: "Honey, you want a chimichanga?" - Bernie Best Scene: The RV Incident Best Piece of Score: "Here's My Plan" Note: The Hispanic kid looks remarkably like Ben Stiller.

Waste of decent cast except for Stillborn and Streiquicksand. They suck. The whole franchise sucks.

Waste of decent actors. Not Ben Stiller. Still can't act. Thinks being confused is acting. Streisand still being the hippie chick which wore thin 100 years ago. Someone put her back in her box and lock it.

This is weaker than its predecessor, but it still has some hilarious moments. The jokes are more overtly sexual but the overall sense of humor is the same.

A hilarious movie with excellent writing and acting.

No where near as good as the first - some of the stupid humor attempts didn’t even move my laugh meter. But I’d still say it’s worth a watch when you’re bored.

Some funny lines but not much more.

MISERY LOVES FAMILY. Meet the Fockers is a 2004 American romantic comedy film directed by Jay Roach and the sequel to the 2000 film Meet the Parents 💒 It's good 🙂 I'd recommend it if you like this genre 👍🏼 Hard-to-crack ex-CIA man, Jack Byrnes and his wife, Dina head for the warmer climes of Florida to meet son-in-law-to-be, Greg Focker's parents. Unlike their happily matched offspring, the future in-laws find themselves in a situation of opposites that definitely do not attract.

LOL, the funniest 01 hour: and 55 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Co-starring Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand as Mr. and Mrs. Focker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also featuring Ben Stiller as Greg, and Robert De Niro as his father-in-law Jack Byrnes!!!!!!!!!!!! And Owen Wilson as Kevin!!!!!!!!!

This is not that bad as people say. It's not as good as the original, but the character introduced are great. The jokes are flat but it's enjoyable for casual audiences

Disappointing sequel that relies heavily on per-established jokes and ribald humor to get it's laughs. It misses the charm, diverse blend of humor, and clever family commentary that made the first memorable. Could not finish.

Meet the Fockers has a talented cast and does have its share of funny moments and the premise does feel like a natural continuation of its predecessor unlike most comedy sequels which generally deal with a one-joke premise: the absurdity of the same thing happening twice. The characters are still enjoyable and it isn't without its sweeter moments but it does feel content to rehash elements from its predecessor and has a more dirty sense of humour that makes the movie feel like it was directed by Austin Powers Jay Roach rather than Meet the Parents Jay Roach. Still better than most comedy sequels, though.
