Meet the Robinsons Reviews
This is one of the most inspiring, and painfully underrated, disney movies ever! It feels more like a Pixar!! The animation is gorgeous, and it the story is really sweet. I once saw a quote that said "Failure is not the opposite of success, it's a part of it." This movie BEAUTIFULLY illustrates that point!
I love this one. Definitely one of Disney's most underrate films. Even I forgot about this one, but watching it reminded me of how great it was. Hell, I'm watching it right now! It's one of my favourite Disney Films. Although it breaks most of the rules of time travel (which is the one thing that always bothers me) but it's highly creative and I just love the way it's made. Anybody who loves Disney films should watch this.
A really good movie, even better than the movies that come out today, it's simply art - from the characters to the film's villain.
One of the most underrated pieces of storytelling. Meet the Robinson is debatably a good film considering it's many mixed opinions
The first 3/4 of the movie was absolute incoherent, annoying nonsense. The last 15 minutes kept it from being one of the worst movies I have ever seen. (18%)
Underrated! So much heart is put into this movie. Yes, it may be cliché at times and "keep moving forward" isn't always realistic, but that's besides the point. You cannot help but feel good which I think is what you want out of a watching a movie especially an animated one for kids. That being said, it still portrays big themes like childhood trauma and how it affects our present and even our future if not dealt with properly all in a way that is child suitable.
Es una conmovedora historia de un chico que quiere conocer a su mamá perdida
Meet the Robinsons is super underrated. Pure perfection of cinema.
Filme perfeito, engraçado e inspirador.
Its perfect! Simply perfect
Its Mid At Best, Doesn't Really Have Any Moments That Stick Out
A great movie that I loved from the first time I saw it as a kid, an underrated gem and one of the best Disney movies of the 2000s decade.
An underrated gem by Pixar for sure. I love this movie, Pixar hardly ever fails to make a great movie.
Meet the Robinsons might be the most underrated Disney movie of all time. Some of the other more overlooked Disney movies (i.e., Treasure Planet, Atlantis and Emperor's New Groove) have cult followings, but this movie truly flies under the radar. Though the characters are not as memorable as other Disney classics and there isn't the nostalgia associated with musicals, there is so much to love about this film. With a clear message of "Keep Moving Forward" at the forefront, Meet the Robinsons is one of the most inspirational Disney movies of all time. The twist is brilliant, the humor is poignant ("Everyone hated me!") and the ending makes me smile from ear to ear. Best Character: Lewis/Goob Best Quote: "Keep Moving Forward" (honorable mention to "That's good joe." Best Scene: The "Little Wonders" final scene. Best Piece of Score: "Setting Things Right" Best Song: "Little Wonders" Note: I am outraged that the montage of Disney characters at the end of "Wish" did not include a character from Meet the Robinsons!
My favourite film from Disney.
Not sure why some people are so hard on this movie. I think it’s quite good. The message is really heartfelt. It has a more quirky sense of humor than other animated Disney movies, which I prefer.
I love it it’s family friendly and kid friendly and I’ve watched it several times so i most definitely recommend it
Extremely Underrated movie
I think this movie is super awesome and cool because, the main character is a nice and caring person, the main villain is super evil and dark, the bowler hat guy makes me laugh,I love the sense of humor,I love how it's about family and time travel, and the ending made me cry when I first saw it 😭💖🤣😂💘😁😎😘🥰👍💛🩵💜💚
This is Disney Animation Studios’ second attempt at computer animation and it is an improvement over the first. The characters are better designed as is the world in which they inhabit. The story focuses on Lewis, an orphan inventor, and his meeting of a time traveler named Wilbur Robinson. Any story involving time travel requires an extreme attention to detail. While this movie has a few details they missed, they did well on the details that matter to the plot. There is a section in the middle of the movie that is reduced to a series of gags that are designed to introduce the Robinsons, but it really just slows down the film. There is a unique sense of humor to this film that I do appreciate and got a few good laughs out of me. Not to mention a few lines that are very quotable. They do slam the theme of the movie in your face over and over, and that gets annoying after awhile, but the quote at the end does bring it home very well. Not everyone will enjoy this film, but I did and maybe you will too.
