Migration Reviews
Grandissimo film peccato che duri poco ma comunque rimane bellissimo
Not too bad of a movie, but others are better
I would ? this as my favourite ? from Illumination. Things were ?. It was about dreams & freedom. ?& ? were almost trapped into being food by the bad guy. Mind you, it does seem rather similar to Aardman's Chicken Run & Rio (they are trying to break free birds & they fly to South America). Even the animation hit different, similar to Disney's wish, but better.
I think Migration was really good! I love the character designs in that movie. The scenery felts so freeing and the animation was really smooth. The animation really relates what a duck should move like. For example: the flying, the tail wags and that scene where Mack¡¯s neck turns backwards as he tells Kim¡¯s family to shove Jamaica up their a- Fun fact: Ducks don¡¯t have neck vertebrates. My favorite character is Dax. He makes feel relatable because it shows how much he is a teenager and how much he wants to do everything by himself soon and try to help his family from certain deaths. He just wants to show his father, Mack, that he is not afraid of anything or anyone. His quote: ¡°Just because you¡¯re scared of everything in the world doesn¡¯t mean that I have to be!¡± was to show Mack that he¡¯s not a coward, and he is more braver and stronger than Mack thinks. Overall I think this movie was really cute and funny and really beautiful! I can¡¯t wait for a sequel soon!
Probably one of the best children films of that year. Honestly speaking I may have went to watch this film at least 3 times with my kids and I enjoyed it each time as if it were the first. You kind of learn to love and admire films like that and this is definitely one of them. Trust me.
Cute movie, enjoyed it with my daughter. Laugh out loud moments. Animation is bright and colorful.
This was a good movie. I enjoyed it.
Migration is a charming animated film that follows a family of ducks on an exciting journey to migrate to a new home. With stunning visuals and a delightful voice cast, the film captures the beauty of nature while exploring themes of family, adventure, and resilience. The story, though simple, offers plenty of heartwarming moments and gentle humor, making it a fun and enjoyable watch for both kids and adults. While it doesn¡¯t break new ground in the genre, its warmth and stunning animation make it a perfect family film.
Migration is a dazzling animated outing featuring a wonderful message about family.
It¡¯s a fun film, but it has its issues. While it¡¯s tough to be overly critical of a family movie that¡¯s meant to be simple and lighthearted, there are many examples of similar films that still manage to deliver a strong narrative structure and meaningful character arcs. The story has all the necessary plot points, but they¡¯re brushed over too quickly, reducing the emotional weight of key moments. Character development is minimal as our protagonists go through a series of adventures without much internal change, with the most significant growth happening early in the first act. On top of that, the film is highly predictable, and many of the jokes don¡¯t land (though that might just be me). That said, it¡¯s still a well-crafted, entertaining movie with a few standout sequences, like when the ducks first arrive in the city. However, its appeal is mainly for kids, and there¡¯s not much for adults to stay invested in.
For Illumination standards, this was a pretty dang solid time. Cute fun family adventure road trip for the whole family.
Surprisingly good. Definition of wholesome movie. A little something relatable for all members of the traditional family. Fun film with a big heart.
The worst illoumanation movie and it realest after the best illoumanation film
? gen¨¦rico, n?o tem grandes momentos, nem uma grande hist¨®ria, mas da pra se entreter. T¨¢ na m¨¦dia aceit¨¢vel.
Fine bird movie
it was ok for a kids movie, not my favorite. there are worse ones
A very cute film about a family of ducks that get bored and want to fly off into a new adventure, and so they do¡literally. A wacky, zany story unfolds as they find danger and excitement across every corner and even save a few people in the process. It is a charming, fun film that is very upbeat and happy, exciting and heartwarming. No new ground is broken here, nothing technologically advanced or surprising. The story is plain, straightforward, and just funny. But these are all not criticisms of the movie itself because I think it really serves well for the movie they were trying to show, and it was just good, honest fun where you can relax for a while and let your cares melt away.
I'll end up buying it i loved it
Migration is a solid-animated film that might have made one too many safe decisions regarding its plot, animation style, and themes.
a really good movie!
