My Spy Reviews
Dave Bautista and Chloe Coleman were a good comedy team in this movie. They kept me entertained. Kristen Schaal also played a fun character in this movie and I enjoyed her acting. The story itself is so-so and it kind of reminded me of Kindergarten Cop, tough guy Bautista awkwardly interacting with a smart child.
The movie was not bad. Totally watchable even though the acting or story wasn't authentic as expected
Just when I’m having pretty rough times in my life I just found this one to make me laugh
So Dave Bautista got his 'Kindergarten Cop' movie. And I am totally here for it. I loved him in Stuber too. If you think that makes me a bad person, then maybe you're part of the problem on this planet. Some people, critics especially, need to loosen up and enjoy the ride.
Chloe Coleman’s snarky debut differentiates the familiar trope through behavioral indecision, amusingly clashing Dave Bautista’s ethical stature and hyping Kristen Schaal’s humorous antics, all making up their excusably separate purity from the flawed tactical backdrop with ridicule in both mixtures. As a result, the hilarity is genuine and worthwhile, typically persuade in appeal for continuation. (B)
Another Barrista flop. Hard pass.
Surprisingly good, with some witty remarks....corny with obvious faults.
Excellent entertainment!
I thought Chloe Cole was absolutely adorable and a great actress. VERY endearing. I think my favorite scene was where Bautista tries to teach her about lying and physical cues. Her lines and the delivery was perfect. A very enjoyable watch for me and my daughter. I am shocked at the poor reviews. YOU SHOULD SEE IY. FF
Really nice movie. It's silly, not realistic, etc - but it's exactly what it promises to be. A buddy movie with Bautista and a 9 year old girl (Coleman) - who pretty much steals the show. That kind of cast chemistry is what makes films like this enjoyable. Weirdly, Kristen Schaal is given almost nothing to work with - playing a mostly unlikable character and doesn't even get the comedic lines that Ken Jeong gets. Even her 'redemption' arc is mostly accidental and unnecessary. Felt like her character was poorly planned and shoe-horned in to a movie. In a 온라인카지노추천 show there would've been more time to develop, but just didn't really work. This isn't brilliant cinema, and yes - it could've been more. But it's an enjoyable movie nonetheless.
I loved this movie. I have watched this film at least six times. My family enjoys this film and my young son has it in his film rotation. The main characters are wonderfully relatable, quirky and well-meaning, (except the bad guys, of course). There was an enjoyable mix of jokes for kids and adults. The wonderfully acted, charming and truthful relationship between the CIA agent and the little girl was genuine and the rest of the characters support them beautifully. A great production in all ways.
This movie seemed to promise more than what the trailer delivered, prompting you to give it a chance by watching the full film. The movie leans heavily on a mix of comedy, action, and hero elements, which can work well with the right cast in place. However, in this case, Dave Bautista's performance feels a bit off. While he excels in comedic roles, like Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy, his transition to a more serious action role doesn't quite hit the mark. Bautista seems to have pigeonholed himself into the comedic superhero persona, making it challenging for audiences to see him in a different light. Unlike John Cena, who successfully balances humor and action, Bautista's attempt at comedy falls flat outside of his established character. The movie overall comes across as overly cheesy and corny, lacking the depth needed to be taken seriously. While it may be worth watching once for the experience, it's not a film that merits repeated viewings. It's best to approach it with tempered expectations or consider skipping it altogether.
I'm a fan of fun semi silly movies. Bautista and the girl battle of wits was funny and heart warming at the same time. Bautista has a pretty good handle on action movies, but this showed that he can be a pretty funny straight man/foil for a more comedic movies.
Being obviously a kiddie movie it is still somewhat enjoyable for adults with a wide sense of humor. Pretty silly all in all, but surely entertaining.
I mean, it wasn't the worst film I've seen. It was just meh, nothing really special about it & I definitely enjoyed Batista's performance
I think the movie was awesome, the thought that a kid can manipulate a grow up's feelings can be surprising, and the film showed that it could be amaizing. The film was fun for me, I had some times i couldn't stop laughing. If you are thinking of watching this movie, I strongly recommend to watch it, because I think you will have a great time while watching it.
A really cute movie with a lot of funny sense. This family movie is great to watch on a Friday night. A move loved by children all the way to adults. Again the humor is throughout the whole movie. 🤣
This movie was a lot of fun. It is entertaining and Coleman and Bautista do a great job. I think it's better than the reviews.
childish predictable writing along with poor acting make this a zero of a movie.
