No Reservations Reviews
Not like the official but nice try.
Pretty good. I liked it!
it has earned my points just because it has food in it, and the story was quite nice too. just the right amount of romance.
When you see the cast and the idea you think this is a perfect match for a rom com, but this movie falls flat and doesn't have many laughs.
Special Effects: 1,0/Sound Effects: 1,0/Acting: 0,5/Story: 1,5
I really, really do not like this movie. It is boring as hell. There are thousands of movies out there, with the same story, the same problems, same same all over it.
This movie is a great feel-good NY based movie. I rewatch this all the time!
De uma sensibilidade impar associada a doses de humor agradável, um casal oposto e concorrente, muito amor e químicas envolvidos… Abigail sempre fantástica, um dom nato, desde pequenininha já atuava com maestria… Quero assistir à versão original… Bonitinho...
I absolutely love this movie, it's feel good, it's funny, it's dramatic, and it's food. What is there not to love?😉
Dreary , dark, dismal, depressing, dour drama. This bills itself as a romantic comedy, There's no chemistry and it's not funny. It's not Miss Zeta Jones' fault, she can only work with the script she was given. The writer needs to find out the definition of humor.
This was a very charming romantic comedy set in the world of the kitchens of fine dining restaurants.
BIG MEH. It barely passed the time. No chemistry between Jones and Breslin, barely any chemistry between Breslin and Eckhart. The story is kinda silly at times and fails all the time trying to be emotional. I didn't like it.
Nice movie, good performances and a good mixture of a comedy and drama.
A two dimensional remake of the much more sophisticated German film "Mostly Martha". In contrast the acting in this US copy is dull and uninteresting. Not many movies aim for mediocrity like this. Quotidian's finest.
No Reservations is a very nice family comedy to watch, Catherine Zeta-Jones is as spectacular as ever and Aaron Eckhart makes a sophisticated performance.
People tend to expect romantic comedies to be a slapstick mis-adventure, but I tend to gravitate towards romantic comedies that have heart, a good plot and likeable characters. No Reservations has all three. It may not be side splitting funny, and it doesn't try to be, but it's story is very well told and the actors are perfectly balanced and believable. The only complaint I have is that Kate never revealed the recipe for her Saffron sauce.
It is forgettable but the talented cast try their best, giving some entertainment to it.
