a great movie that is more than just "zombies taking over the world!" and while they are more like "mutants", it still is scary.

This movie deserves a much higher score than it has. Found myself shouting “F**k yeah” an exorbitant amount of times while watching this.

I'm a fan of scifi horror and alternate histories. This movie nails them all. It's fresh, exciting with a great cast and story line. It's 5/5!

Unique combination of genres making for an action packed thriller.

Band of Brothers meets John Carpenter's The Thing. This film is riveting from start to finish, walking the tightrope between action and horror. The character development is a little cliche, but it works well enough; and the cast also did a fantastic job acting their roles.

I'm surprised it has such good reviews, but maybe its just me. I'm old enough to have a good understanding of conditions and practices in the second world war, and the massive inaccuracies are jaring. For example, there were no racially mixed divisions, and no soldiers had long hair or beards. Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers were as accurate as I've seen regarding such things. Also, its is filmed with the style and quality of a cheap weekly 온라인카지노추천 show. And finally, the writing is bad and the story is stupid. I only watched the first half, so maybe it gets better in the second?

Brutal, vicious and grotesque, Overlord is non-stop tension-filled chaos with incredible performances, outstanding VFX and practical effects, taut direction and smart writing. Not to mention a tinge of cosmic horror amidst some gory body horror.

Last I checked, a "B-movie" is a low-budget film with little production value and cheesy effects. This film contains none of these negative qualities and had 40 million dollars at their disposal. The opening sequence alone was amazing with better action and special effects than most big-budgeted war flicks. The acting and dialogue were great, the action sequences extravagant and the practical/special effects phenomenal! Pay no attention to the few idiots labeling this film 'mediocre' because it was nothing short of bloody fantastic! A terrific horror/action/comedy that puts most modern, big-budgeted Hollywood films to shame!

Long story short if you enjoy playing call of duty zombies this is the movie for you.. Nothing fancy just good B movie action and horror and I love every minute of it..

Well executed B-movie mayhem. The overall plot is a tad predictable, but the movie knows what it is and instead aims for finding slightly different takes on the sequences you'd expect.

It's a rare blend of war film and horror picture that works. Overlord features violence, shocking imagery, and despicable villains. Expansive battlefields are replaced with close-quarters action. Nestled within the carnage is a gripping narrative about camaraderie among soldiers. This war/horror movie ought not to be missed.
