This movie was great. Acting packed and great acting. The "reviewers" on here are acting as if Citizen Kane is the barometer for every great film. They are wrong and haters. The elites on here think they are Siskel and Ebert. More like Beavis and Butthead.

I can not believe that this movie has such a low rating. Looking at some of the comments If you want romance or a family friendly movie, why would you even watch this, Sometimes you just want a good old fashion revenge movie. I think this deserves a second movie but it needs move violence.

if you ever wondered what early 2000s elektra would be like if she was on some punisher timing this is it and literally the peppermint patty karen caused them to go out the the festival and the father was a idiot but anyway they wouldnt have been caught in the crossfire but i really love how riley became the angel of the hobos

What a great movie really can watch it a million times and every time I will love it more

Unfortunately people with fake jobs often try to force their opinions on people who are just trying to watch a good movie. these snobs think that people actually care about their talentless personas. This movie is a nice watch. I think the female protagonist is strong, and if you are looking for a nice action film to watch when you want to unwind - it is recommended.

Really a wasteful revenge violent action thriller the writing has no justice there's no characters to care for and Jennifer Garner's performance she's trying to be badass but she's not given use hope and terrible director and horrible editing.

So many critics I think they have too much time on their hands or they've seen too many movies and they can't really decide on how to raid a movie. This is one of the best vigilante movies. Jennifer Garner is an excellent actress and the crew is really good. I like the movie. Great plot. I give it an a+. A lot better than Wolverine and what's his name deadpool..

Like the Equalizer and Deathwish, this movie is what it is. Vigilante justice on steroids. Critics rating on this has me puzzled. Seems it's OK for Denzel to do it but not Jennifer? I've learned a long time ago to trust the audience. The movie is just as good as the others.

Her gun skills are actually very good. She trained for the part. I enjoyed the movie and will watch it again. I notice many of the critics knock the plot and blah blah blah. It’s enjoyable. Simple as that.

Don't care what the critics think, I enjoyed this film & Jennifer Garner is badass in it! As a Mother of 1 child (daughter), I couldn't imagine the amount of crazy I would become in that situation. But I would hope I would be the same badass person!!!

This is a solid, kick-ass, extremely watchable movie with a well-written plot and excellent direction - great score, also - think "Jane Wick". I enjoyed the heck out of this film - Jennifer Garner is simply amazing - this is deserving of a sequel, and a long franchise. (13% from the critics? What movie were *they* watching?)
