These dreams are brought to the screen no cleverly, so convincingly and yet so simply that they provide a film of pleasing excitement, of rich humor and on a few occasions a tear or two.

Peter Pan is a perfectly lovely, funny, Interesting, plaint, weird movie, and if Sir James Barrie is one-half as tickled with it as are the youthful (young-young and old-young) [viewers], why, he ought to be cockadoodle-dooing just as Peter does.

One not In the cast must also be mentioned, Roy Pomeroy, assistant director... Flying people, a miniature fairy, a pirate ship sailing from the water's surface up cloudward -- much ingenuity was required for these and their like, and given by Pomeroy.

I have never seen a more perfectly balanced cast than that In the picture of Peter Pan. It Is impossible to pick out anyone who did extraordinarily well in his part, for the performances were so excellent throughout.

It is a treat for children and grown-ups alike this wonderful fairy tale of the joyous Peter Pan. And Betty Bronson, selected by Sir James Barrie for the part, is most truly the elf he conceived when he wrote the play.

It is told with a curious simplicity and whim, and if it is a little too sweet for large doses for adult digestion, Barrie and not Brenon is the man to blame.
