Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare Reviews
As long as you don't think this has anything to do with Peter Pan then you'll be right. Stupid mistakes made by the victims in all American movies.
**Review: 3/5 – Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare** Alright, so *Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare* is exactly what I signed up for—a dark, bloody spin on a childhood classic, and honestly? I kinda loved it. The plot’s barebones—Peter kidnaps kids, chaos ensues—but it *works*. It’s simple, creepy, and way more effective than it has any right to be. The acting’s fine, nothing Oscar-worthy, but everyone plays their twisted parts well enough. Special effects? Surprisingly solid. Gory without feeling cheap. Compared to *Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey*, this is a full-blown *glow up*. Neverland is grimy and gory, and while I missed the magic of the original, this horror version still scratches that dark fairytale itch. It’s not perfect—some clunky bits for sure—but as a fan of the TCU/Poohniverse, I’m *in*. If this is the direction we're headed, count me all the way in for the next deranged fairytale chapter.
Una buena pelicula donde va directo al punto es hasta ahora la mejor pelicula de poohniverse habia pocos momentos flojos pero en ningun momento se aburre
waisting time. I been go out in the midle movie
this had so much potential but ended up being SO bad it's boring, they really fumbled on this, story idea was good, but makeup is really bad, actors suck, hope they think something better for the future
I obviously went in with no expectations, and I was genuinely surprised. It’s original, delivers solid scares, and doesn’t fall into the kind of comedic satire seen in Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.
This is a fun watch keep up the work!
The movie is very good. It seems that they had a small budget but they knew how to take advantage of it and it turned out well, like the second Winnie the Pooh movie.
This is so far the best one in the TCU and can’t wait for the next one and love the performance of martin portlock and like there’s no CGI in this keep it up
Great movie! Definitely will be rewatching this one!
This movie gave me mixed feelings because there are very cool ideas and also bad. The execution is nice overall, while the characters are too dumb.
Walking into Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare, I wasn’t sure how I'd feel about a horror spin on such a classic tale. Neverland has always been about magic and adventure, but this film flips that on its head, turning it into a place of pure nightmare. The story follows Wendy on a desperate search for her brother Michael, who’s been abducted by a terrifying, twisted version of Peter Pan and a disturbingly reimagined Tinker Bell. It's dark, unsettling, and completely unlike the tale we grew up with. Now, I love a bold take on a familiar story, but some parts of this film went a little too far for my taste. Tinker Bell, portrayed as a drug-addicted and grotesque figure, felt more shocking than meaningful at times. The film definitely aims for disturbing, and while it hits the mark in places, it also feels like it’s trying too hard. That said, the visuals are intense. The corrupted version of Neverland is creepy and atmospheric, and the tension doesn’t let up. Still, it wasn’t perfect. There were moments when the film felt like it was going for shock value over actual storytelling, which kind of pulled me out of it. I can imagine that die-hard fans of the original might find it a bit too heavy-handed. But if you're up for something bold, weird, and willing to shake up childhood memories, it’s an experience worth having—just don’t expect it to be a comforting one.
I think it was good 👍
Martin Portlock's performance as Peter Pan was simply phenomenal, and the deaths in this movie were gory as hell! Cannot wait for Poohniverse!
Really enjoyed the twists and turns of the story. Really dark and twisted take on the fairytale we all known which is exactly what I wanted from this. Didn’t see some of the twists coming and the gore was insane. Recommended if you’re into proper horror
