there’s a lot of odd fighting; a lot of face grabbing and hug-like squeezing

This movie was predictable, and had zero "moments" that made you feel something. Please, take my advice and just go watch "ConAir" again (or for the first time). It's also a little beyond belief, but about a thousand times better than this.

This is an another entry into a long list of bad movies my wife picks for movie nights. I’m in the middle of watching this movie, and reading the comments are actually better than watching this train wreck. The Filipino terrorist looks South American, they have no basic understanding of how a flight crew actually operates, just because you have military training that doesn’t make you a commando….this movie is all around trash.

Awesome underrated movie. I stumbled onto this on Peacock and so glad I did. It’s a throwback to the big blockbuster movies they used to make, but very entertaining and a pretty unique story. I highly recommend if you liked the older big blockbuster action movies. This is a diamond in the rough

This was a good time. Probably would have been a smash hit in the 90s. All the pretentious critics echoing the same “nothing new in this action-flick trope” are so small- and single-minded that they fail to critique anything worthwhile.

What a great movie. I think Gerard Butler is my new "must see actor". It moved along, there were no scenes that felt like filler and there was no B.S. surprise ending. I loved this movie.

Love everything about this movie. While an action movie most of what makes the movie interesting to me was the plot and that you care about the characters...you can feel the weight of responsibility for all these passengers weighing on the captain.

Sisali airport is due south. Adjust your course to 15 degrees lol.

Edge of your seat movie. Both lead actors were great.

Just a little throwaway ditty, Gerard pulls in the viewers. Plane takes off, plane forced to land in bad place, Hilarity ensues. Reminded me of Captain Sully who pulled this off much more elegantly. A few noteworthy references to how Airlines spin a Crisis, how Airlines endanger your Life to save money, how calling Airline Customer Service is a waste of time. Note to Self: Make sure your Co-pilot knows how to repair Avionics and carries a powerful rifle.

Excellent action movie. Keeps moving from beginning to exciting end! You like action movies? Watch this.

Lack of attention to details especially for a movie about planes. You think they would pay a-little more attention. God awful.

At last an action movie with no female lead or females don't have to come and rescue Gerard and the crew at the last minute. Surprised they managed to get the funding to make it without the usual boxes ticked. Action from beginning to end, excellent lead part by Gerard Butler, great supporting cast, just an overall great action movie.

Great movie, the only part dipped into corny for me was when they were being run down by an army of militia and the SF guys turn to Gerard Butler and ask him for a plan. Other than that it kept me on the edge of my seat and I enjoyed it.

Non stop action thriller. Just enough character development that you really are rooting for them. Good plot. Overlook the unrealistic flying and you’ve got a 5* movie

Perfect edge-of-your-seat home movie night option.

Good action movie, but not perfect. There is some exaggeration, some scenes not that realistic. I liked it, but not one of my favorites.

A bit OTT but great action! Love a good OK Corral gunfight!

A good movie! Not over the top but keeps you interested the whole movie. Good acting. Good plot. Not to long, a great movie to pass an 1.5 hrs 🤝
