Rocky Balboa Reviews
Esse Rocky reçussita a era dos filmaços Rockys, ele luta velho, e perde igual ao 1, é muito bom, meu segundo favorito, depois do 2, talvez seja o melhor filme que fechou um titúlo que eu já vi
I cant deschribe this movie at all but good film
Stallone couldn’t end the series with Rocky 5. This was a great return and fair play to Stallone for doing what he did at that age. A great film and I loved the nostalgia without overdoing it.
“It ain’t how hard yuh hit…”
Of course, the idea that an old man who goes to the fighting ring and tries to prove something to someone is rather dubious, but thanks to the amazing production, the film acquired meat. Excellent motivational monologues by Sylvester, an effective climactic final fight, Rocky's entourage, music, drama, in general, everything was at the highest level. Well, the main phrase of the film is that the words "too late" were invented by weaklings. In general, Rocky Balbo allowed Stallone to return to the Hollywood Olympus again. And the new sequel "Creed Rocky's Legacy", released 9 years later, only reinforced all this. The franchise was able to reach a new level and did not turn into a routine irritant, for which they have great respect. So the mistakes were corrected and I was completely delighted.
It doesn't exactly return the character to full form and isn't very memorable either, but Rocky Balboa gets the job done and stands as a solid entry on it's own anyway.
Espectacular pelicula, un cierre digno para Rocky el drama es espectacular las ecenas de entrenamiento son buenisimas y la gran pelea tambien. Una peli muy emotiva y un exelente final.
Another amazing rocky movie
A much more gritty addition to the franchise. It is. not as predictable as some of the other films which gives it a very positive edge. This film definitely makes up for atrocity that was Rocky V.
this is the most amazing movie i have ever seen. as a boxer myself, i was thoroughly impressed with the realism portrayed in this movie from the plot (no plot armor whatsoever!) to the extremely accurate boxing form portrayed by the main actor the whole time! you can tell rockys actor has been boxing for most of his life, and it really made the movie feel real to me. 10.5/10 would watch again! god i love this movie and i am so bad at roblox speedrun -sean m.
I recently decided to rewatch the entire franchise starting with the original Rocky. It has been a very enjoyable watch and I am a big Sly fan. But Rocky Balboa IMO is the worst of the six Rocky films. The writing is horrible, production looks cheap and it just felt like it could have been so much better.
Great comeback story for the true fans. Early 00s all over it.
This movie has the greatest speech of all time. And besides that, it's an awesome movie that you need to watch
Good continuation of the franchise before transitioning to the Creed movies, good Bridge movie from the Rocky movies to the Creed movies.
The subdued & depressive tone is fitting & refreshing. The plot is exactly what this franchise needs to move forward. Some parts are a little overdone but the spirit sustains the shortcomings of the writing. Sad but redemptive.
Es una película bastante motivadora con una banda sonora increíble
Just watched this on Crave 온라인카지노추천 for the first time in a long time. After all those Razzie nominations, Stallone really redeemed himself with this chapter of Rocky. So well written and acted. No glitz and high budget glamour, just a great strong and emotional story that feels just like the very first modest Rocky film that started it all. So good…
I would definitely recommend watching it after watching the first five movies. Once you connect with the character of Rocky, it is a very emotional and special movie.
Rocky Balboa was an amazing movie. I watched this movie pretty recently , and it was amazing. This movie was sooo deep, that when I looked into comparison, the other rocky movies seemed silly. Rocky Balboa was a very interesting movie. I think Rocky Balboa might be my favorite rocky film. If you watched Rocky V, which some people don't even know existed, this movie did a good job covering it up. The reason why they covered up Rocky V is because everyone ( except me ), even Stallone himself hated Rocky V. The three things that make this obvious is one, after every rocky movie there is the fight that happened in the movie before. In this movie it didn't show the fight in Rocky V. Second, the movie is called Rocky Balboa, not Rocky VI. If it was called Rocky VI, more people would know that Rocky V existed. Last reason is that Rocky V was made 16 years before Rocky Balboa. If people liked Rocky V then Rocky VI would be made later in the nineties. So basically, this movie is a take two of Rocky V. What a good movie. I give this a 87%.
it doesnt really feel like the original ones but it is still pretty good. this also was a pretty good way to bring up the reputation for rocky after how bad the 5th one was. I also like how its not repetitive like how the other movies are
