The story is all over the place and the wedding scene. I just can never watch it ever again as a sonic fan

This movie was AMAZING, but I wish we could get more of the animals. Overall it was better than the first one though.

I will say that this is without a doubt, the best movie in the Sonic trilogy. It has great CGI, fun action, and a lot of care and dedication put into this film. The plot, based off of "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" released in 1994, makes for a great story brought into a live action movie. The only part of the film that I slightly disliked, was the fart joke Sonic made near the beginning, but that's all there is when it comes to complaints of this movie, and it isn't even a big deal! Whether you like Sonic or not, I definitely recommend that you give this movie a try, you will definitely enjoy it.

Much better than the first, way better story, way better characters, good character development. a must watch in the series. go watch it.

Major upgrade from the first.

Jim Carrey was the best part, as always, but the other stuff is also pretty great!

It’s rare for a sequel to be better than the original, but that’s most certainly the case with Sonic the Hedgehog 2: better graphics, a better plot, and a cleaner, faster pace are some of the improved attributes this film boasts. Sonic 2 also comes with clearer morals, such as the value of family and cooperation. The decision to give Jim Carrey more leeway and to include minor characters from the game both improve the story significantly. Unfortunately, Sonic 2 does inherit the use of non-essential subplot to waste time instead of simply getting to the point. This is now, however, a minor drawback. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 manages to be entertaining and even funny at times, but most importantly, it’s a safe film for your children to watch.

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 es una adaptación de los juegos: Sonic The Hedgehog 2 de 1992 y Sonic The Hedgehog 3 de 1994. Es una buena película y una muy buena adaptación de los juegos de los que se inspira, los momentos de acción son más y mejores que los de la primer película, el Dr.Eggman ahora es aún más parecido al original y la relación de Tom y Sonic gusta como avanza y se transforma al algo de padre e hijo sin mencionar la amistad de Sonic, Tails y posteriormente Knuckles es divertida y se complementan bien

This movie was awesome! I loved seeing the Sonic the Hedgehog universe expand with new characters, and the visuals and humor in the movie were amazing. I definitely recommend it!

best out of the trilogy so far

Me and my dad rented this movie on Prime Video and loved it. Jim Carrey looks more like Dr. Robotnik in the video games now then in the majority of the first film.

This is one of the most enjoyable Video-Game movie adaptations, most of the characters are the step up from the first film, the CG is done very well, Peak comedy (besides that shitty wedding plot), and its overall a nice ride, now that Sonic 3 has been released

Whoo! This movie was an absolute hit! Best of all, there's a lot of time to get to know the characters! With so many positives, this movie gets a perfect 10/10!

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 gets 5/5 Stars from me. One of the best movies ever!
