This is great parody of space movies, in particular the original Star Wars trilogy. One of Mel Brooks best.

Tremendously funny/well written and often brilliant, and set back only largely by tolerating sexual assault.

Filme legalzinho, o roteiro é bacaninha, o filme faz Paródias dos filmes como o star wars como a principal paródia, 2001 odisseia no espaço, alien, planeta dos macacos, o filme também faz o uso da 4 parede que é boa no filme, teve uma cena boa que eles parodiaram os próprio filme que nem foi lançado e até vendendo coisas do próprio filme, como boneco e brinquedos do filme, o ruim do filme é que focou muito em star wars em vez de fazer várias paródias, com tudo isso eu recomendo esse filme.

This movie is a perfect satire and has genius level comedy. It js low budget, but that just adds to the satire. This movie gives something for all ages to laugh at. As someone who loves Star Wars enough to have a sleeve, and loves all things sci fi, I absolutely love this movie. Mel Brooks never dissapoints.

Absolute childhood movie, even though i was born in 2008

Not everyone will be huge fans of Spaceballs’ over-the-top and at time slapstick humor, but those who like the ensemble cast or are big fans of sci fi will find plenty to giggle at in this off-color classic. I would definitely watch it again.

It's dumb yes, but it's still so funny and endlessly quotable.

This is the only best sci-fi comedy spoof is absolutely clever tounge and cheek and wink on a camera for star wars and other sci-fi audiences who watched more sci-fi we'll laugh so hard and really fantastic cast and sharp writing.
