The rotten tomato critics are some of the most brain-dead and stuck up people I’ve ever seen in my life. This movie clearly was never trying to be a “super deep cinema film” or whatever they act like but this movies a classic and is easily one of the best and funniest movies of at least the 25 years. If it wasn’t, over 250k people wouldn’t have gotten it to a 90% rating.

In defense of the schlepstick police a-comedy, Super Troopers is woven together better than, say, Will Ferrell's skit-or-miss movies. Although the thread is still pretty cheap. The bonus to watching Super Troopers is seeing Brian Cox before he played the patriarch in Succession or Lynda Carter in a quick, special-appearance glimpse. Other than that, it's a guy movie about a bunch of idiots with badges. And it's not terrible.

My ex-girlfriend's favorite comedy, 90% audience rating on Rotten, gave it 40 minutes - don't understand whatsoever. The 'littering and' scene is fairly funny, but I've seen the clip too many times. Litterally nothing else was worth watching for me here.

Why is Super Troopers an almost 5-Star film? It's got the power to wake-up a falling asleep viewer keeping them engaged in laughter for the majority of the movie; all-the-while, criticizing the establishment.

This may not be a great movie, but is an entertaining from start to finish. It made me want to see the other films from these comedians

Super Troopers did had what seemed to be an interesting concept of having cops against highway patrol officers, it is a shame that it all fell apart from the start.

At first it seemed ok, with a series of highway patrol stops making up most of the action. But as the movie progressed, the crude and obvious comedy started to irritate me and I realised that I didn't like any of the characters. It continued to decline into a series of nightime scenes where I lost interest completely and just wanted it to end. I do not recommend this movie.
