The Croods Reviews
Absolute cinema🖐😱🖐
Stupidly Funny and funky
Lots of funny family humor and is not inappropriate and it shows some daily hardships that family's might have like, survival, food, money, friendship, and relationships.
This was an ok movie.
Enjoyable and worth the watch
Nicolas Cage And Ryan Reynolds are top tier in the Croods!😉
The Croods (great name!) represent our early cavemen ancestors the Neanderthals. And what a lovable bunch they are! Then they come into contact with a Cro-magnon, thinking human, and together they navigate early climate change. This movie is a good portrait of our distant history. It's fun too!
This was a good movie to see.
I love how there are so many fantasy creatures, and how its when caveman roamed. amazing animation and storyline.
"The Croods" is a 2013 DreamWorks animated film. It is about a stone age family named the Croods as they have to find a new home. Ryan Renolds voices Guy, a forward-thinking caveman who has strange new ideas. There is the typical family drama between the father and daughter. The father, Grug, voiced by Nic Cage, wants his daughter to stick with the old safe ways. The daughter, Eep, voiced by Emma Stone, wants to go out in the world and try new things. What ensues is a very less focused Finding Nemo type theme about knowing when to let you children go out on their own. This film is a bit all over the place. It has both too much going on, when at the same time feeling like nothing is happening. The POV character shifts part way through the story from being about Eep, to being about Grug. Most of the jokes are pretty basic low hanging fruit. A lot of slapstick, a lot of stone age things being used for modern inventions, all very Flintstone-esque stuff. The animation and music all do their job fine, but it is nothing all that special. You may note that's a running theme with this review: "Nothing special". None of the characters are annoying, and none of the jokes are awful. It is just a very basic animated movie. What can you say except...ugg.
pelicula qla mala y estupida siono, y que chucha los diseños xdd
Its a really good movie.
Prehistoric family the Croods live in a particularly dangerous moment in time. Patriarch Grug (Nicolas Cage), his mate, Ugga (Catherine Keener), teenage daughter Eep (Emma Stone), son Thunk (Clark Duke) and feisty Gran (Cloris Leachman) gather food by day and huddle together in a cave at night. When a more evolved caveman named Guy (Ryan Reynolds) arrives on the scene, Grug is distrustful, but it soon becomes apparent that Guy is correct about the impending destruction of their world.
This movie has become a very interesting movie that has attracted the attention of the audience. The angle the director was able to see is amazing. The roles of the actors in the film were very special. I liked this movie very much.
This movie has some of the worst animation I have ever seen! The movements are all just so weird. And I won't even go into the dumb plot!
Este filme e muito bom mesmo
This has a nice plotline
It is a pretty mediocre family animated film.
If you're looking for a cartoon with a message, with sophisticated humour and layers of meaning or for something that you could pretend is "for adults", move on at once. The Croods is an entertaining film with an amusing premise. The animation is very good, there are some great jokes and the film never drags. The voice acting is good and this is one of the few Ryan Reynolds films that I've actually enjoyed. This is a definite feel good film. You know that the peril will never do anything really bad but the characters are engaging enough that you still worry about them. I laughed out loud several times - which is the best recommendation I can make for a comedy.
Great movie with a heart warming ending. The movie was well made with a comedy and morales lesson in every sence.
