Denzel never fails to deliver. Usually a movie turned series loses its feel, but not the Equalizer.

Went in having never seen any of the other Equalizer films and thought the movie was awesome. Basically retired Creasy from Man on Fire trying to enjoy a nice cup of espresso and needing to kill a drug cartel to achieve it. He doesn’t even seem that bothered by it. Light work. Would I watch this again? Yes, and I’m now motivated to watch the previous 2 films.

Denzel's presence is more felt than heard in the final E3 movie. His age is starting to show & ending here is a wise decision.

I’m not going to lie I was hyped to see this and I’m glad I did. You really can’t go wrong with a “good bad guy movie”. There is something different about an assassin that kills bad guys and Denzel quite literally murders his role.
