It's a bit silly and the story is not beleavible Densel doesen't convince me on this even though he is one of my favorite actors. Hope this one is the Last.

Denzel is immensely watchable as usual, but the plot is absurdly thin and the characters are cliche at best.

Not as good as the first two, but stands up nicely.

I watched all the Equalizers! First one is good, Second one not so good. Third one is really good! I liked the location and Denzel pulls off his role good. Has great action and happy ending. I actually like this better than all the John Wicks except the first one to compare another action series.

Beautiful scenery but the pacing was a major issue for me. The first two films are way better!

The First 2 movies were great.....the last one though was over saturated.....the plot was ludicrous and just overly not believable....not sure why everyone rates this one the best

Good movie with lots of action. A reunion movie for Denzel and Dakota, since Man on Fire 2004 remake of the 1981 movie of the same named starring Scott Glenn.

Die neue Gewalt Substance, Terrifier, Deadpool, Smile und Co erobern das Kino. Und selbst Kindgerechter Horror erscheint mit Five Nights etc. auf der Bildfläche, wenn hierzulande auch ab 16. Die "brave" Aera mit Marvel (passt sich an), Potter und Disney (auch) scheint vorbei. Auch Equalizer 3 ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür. Auf die Handlung gehe ich nicht näher ein, doch es geht um die Mafia. Der Star ist die unbarmherzige Gewalt. Denzel Washington metzelt sich durch den Film. Freitag der 13te und Halloween bekommen Konkurenz. An Creative Kills mangelt es nicht. Der letzte schleppt sich im Todeskampf besonders sadistisch, auch noch durch die Strassen, Denzel Washington an seiner Seite. Das Publikum scheint nach all den Jahren ausgehungert. Ein Fragezeichen ist die FSK. Denzel Washington spielt gegen seine eigene perverse Gewalt an. Dieses ganze Intellektuelle Getue um seine Figur, will nicht so richtig mit dem Splatter und Gore den er veranstaltet zusamnen passen. Ähnlich wie bei Substance, die im Netz gefeierte "Porno" Pump it Up Szene. (Es sei noch angemerkt, dass die jüngere Demi Moore jünger ist, aber nicht jung im Sinne, wie es gemeint sein soll: 30. Und Schlank ist sie ebenfalls nicht. Auch das geht am Thema vorbei.) Man jubelt dem Publikum Sexualität und Gewalt, jetzt mit ambivalenten Aussagen innerhalb des jeweiligen Filmuniversums unter. Und es funktioniert So wie Denzels Figur eigentlich nur Ausreden für seine Gewalt exzessen sucht. Oder Coralie Fargeat mit The Substance, den Männern, aber auch Frauen ihre Triebe vorwerfend, genau diese mit der Porno Bildsprache bedient. Meiner Meinung nach waren die ersten beiden Teile stimmiger. Interessant, aber kein Equalizer Film.

Equalizer story line and Denzel.Washington deliver yet another solid piece.

The first equalizer was good, the 2nd was better. This one, the third one...is great. Story, acting, location, action..Denzel's still got it. And for director Antoine Fuqua...he got better and better as a filmmaker through experience. This is his masterpiece and I don't think the movie, because of it being a part of a series that has action, truly got the respect it deserves. Great work, enjoyed it 3 times.

Love Denzel and loved the first two ...but didn't rate this at all. When these things go on 'holiday' they rarely work. And this didn't.

This trilogy was astonishing, especially the action scenes which were gory but so well done, and the acting was immaculate.

Ridiculous series and even more ridiculous movie.

Denzel really makes this series enjoyable. The Third movie and it doesn't suck... how often does that happen? I love the scenic Altomonte, Italy setting (filmed on the Amalfi Coast). Dakota Fanning killed her scenes, and the entire casting were very good choices. It's a great Saturday night popcorn flick, well done Antoine Fuqua!!! (the director).
