I hated everything about this movie. And normally I have something to say about bad movies, but I have nothing to say about this one.

The film brings a beautiful message about family and facing your fears, so that in the future you can become a strong and protective man or woman.

A good movie with a good story but they could've done more considering how good the studio is

I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews for this movie. The scenery isn't just very realistic, it is STUNNING, the complaint that the dinosaurs are too cartoony is ridiculous. It’s a children’s movie, of course they’re cartoonish. If you want the dinosaurs to be as realistic as the scenery, go watch Jurassic Park. The plot is pretty simple: a boy gets lost, and on finding his way home, he not only finds himself but a deep companionship with the critter he thought was his enemy. I dunno, maybe I love this movie because my son does and the mountains really strike a chord with me, but I’m glad it’s one of his favorite movies.

I really wanted to like this movie. The visuals and animation is beautiful, but the story is weak and bland. I've tried watching it three different times over the years, but have never been interested enough to finish it.

In terms of substance, The Good Dinosaur is sometimes uneven and doesn't tap as much into exploring different sides of these characters as hoped, but this is still an enjoyable and beautiful looking Pixar animation that provides an emotionally strong chemistry between our lead dinosaur and his human companion, overall making this a fitting movie for both children and adults.

The movie is so boring and too simple and the characters are not good enough. I wanted to watch a good pixar movie but it's bad. Watch "monsters inc" instead.

The Good Dinosaur Is SO Boring, This movie is fine, perhaps not up to the AAA Pixar efforts but contains all the usual themes. My 2 year old daughter watches it on Disney+ on a regular basis because it is her favourite film. All the parents on here talking about how it is a horrible film, kids were crying etc have you ever watched a Disney movie before? They usually do involve the death of a parent and overcoming adversity through an arduous adventure. Nothing new, tried and tested. I never had a problem with Bambi or The Lion King and the deaths that were much more traumatic.

The Good Dinosaur has only a positive aspect: the chemistry between Arlo and Spot. But this movie has absolutely one of the Pixar's most boring plot.

Watched this in theatres as a kid. Bought the sticker book immediately after.
