The Line Reviews
This film was so sad but effective. It got its point across. I mean it was just too real. Alex Wolff is the one to watch. I mean the whole cast and crew was perfect. Rest In Peace Angus. Also, Halle Bailey is eye candy. And her character was so funny. One take away from the movie: Money doesn’t make you a man.
Probably the best fraternity movie I’ve ever seen… real gritty and something fraternity’s should be required to watch
Kept waiting for it to get good. Felt more like a Lifetime movie just with good acting. The ending fizzles with nothing but air..
Dark, gripping, very accurate depiction of frat culture in America. Amazing cast and very provoking characters. Absolutely worth a watch.
Exciting, intense, memorable, unique experience. Definitely worth watching and considering as those around you reference fraternities and Greek culture. Must watch.
It is an over-the-top view of college & fraternity pledging. I suppose they are trying to make a point but I couldn't get past some of the jerks in the film. Alex Wolff does an excellent job but he would have cut the cord much sooner in real life!!
Never been more pleased with a movie death. If pieces of trash like them didn't exist, the world would probably be a way better place.
A sobering look at the Greek system told with attention to detail and outstanding acting performances. Even for those unfamiliar with the fraternity system, the movie draws you in from the beginning with tension slowly building as the film goes on.
Expertly crafted. The cast is unreal, and the director's vision is uncompromising. This a movie that deserves to be seen.
So disturbing but really well done. Effected me. Loved it
Excellent film, with great acting from Alex Wolff and Austin Abrams. Thought it was really well done.
Excellent slow burn thriller. I also thought the script was very smart with just the right amount of humor dripped in at unexpected times. Worth a look, for sure.
The most accurate depiction of fraternity culture. Alex Wolff and Austin Abrams bring amazing performances.
Riveting. Great performances by the actors.
Classic story line well portrayed by excellent actors across the board!
‘The Line’ Is a Scathing Indictment of Frat Culture
Really immersive film that really sucks you in the life of a frat member. Quite enjoyable and you don’t want it to end but it’s a one event climax and turning point of film which when started, you knew where it was going. Romance remains unresolved and seems almost pointless in film.
This is one of the few fraternity films that doesn't try to lean too much into the comedy aspect, and keeps true to the characters, storyline and experience of what it's like to be greek. Highly recommend!
A dark, deep dive into the world of frats. Incredible cast and stellar performances from Alex Wolff, Bo Mitchell, Austin Abrams, Halle Bailey, Angus Cloud and Lewis Pullman. Must watch!
