The pacing was bad and as rom coms go, it could have been so much better. The main characters had nice romantic chemistry though

Not your usual girl meets prince movie. She is a driven American girl, he is a spoiled rich kid royal. Don't know why it got such low scores.

The writers should have gotten someone local to help them with writing the script. The main character cannot pronounce Milwaukee correctly. There was a perfect opening for a joke about Denmark, Wisconsin. The main character has a slight accent. Wisconsinites do not sound like that. Although farming is a big part of Wisconsin culture, where was the cheese? Also, there are not nearly as many farms in Wisconsin as outsiders think.

Great feel good and romantic movie.

Yes, it's a "cookie cutter" girl's dream movie. But I happen to like those. I like the girl's hootspa and honesty about who she is and wants to be. But then all her childhood dreams come true.

Quote and interesting.

Predictable that the great girl with high standards gives them up for a eh guy who turns out to be an immature prince. But her love changes him and makes him suddenly grow up and be the man his parents want and his country needs.

A terrible romantic comedy with another cliché Cinderella story.

Honestly terrible and unrealistic (even when you try and leave your brain at the door). It's wish fulfillment at its finest.

This was really good, those two had great chemistry. Steer clear of the sequel though, it's just a crappy princess diaries knock off.

A Great Romance Story !!!!! To have those wonderful emotions of TRUE LOVE stirring in the heart, is such a great experience.

Can't believe I watched the whole thing. So many missed opportunites for comedy and glam in this failure. First part so poorly edited and segued, it could have been done by a not so good amateur. Some pretty dresses though -- and that's it except that the two major players are very good looking.

This turned out a lot better than I had hoped it would be. I enjoyed the characters and the story, I just wish the ending had been different.

I would like it more if I could watch it

This must be one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I mean the idea of the story is good but anything ells falls apart because it's totally unreal and not factual. The main flop in this movie that really batheres me is that this prince from DK and all the people in his court aparently speaks british english with eachother. And it should get it's facts straight. I know that the movie is fictive, but still. In Denmark we don't have crownation cereomony and our princes names are always Frederik or Christian. It's just a really sluppy job on the facts.
