The Upside conveys endearing moments and offer some humorous ones with a fabulous cast in this film based on a true story.

While not as extraordinary as the original it does manage to present a few twist. Enganing enough to be worth a watch albeit with hiccups.

Watched this movie on a whim and it was amazing. Such a great story and great acting from Kevin Hart and Bryan Cranston. It’s a movie that I think everyone should check out.

Great movie! Great actors and story! Could have the story been developed better? Yes. But overall it is still a good movie, not sure why critics are so hard on the movie. Would recommend

I loved it, cool and interesting

For the premise of this film's concept to work, the actor playing Kevin Hart's role should needs tp have some latent charm, and have a character which includes at least a suggestion of empathy, understanding and interest in someone other than themselves. Unfortunately, not only is Kevin Hart completely charmless, his one note performance mistakes being a smug, mean spirited, smart ass ignoramus for the rough diamond, principled and basic but caring person the role requires. Sadly, this film was a great opportunity missed.

I loved this movie. Very heartwarming. Left me with a feel good feeling inside and a smile.

I'm not sure why the critics are being negative about this movie. It had a great storyline. Kevin Hart and Brian Cranston were both amazing and had great chemistry. It shows that given the chance two people from different walks in of life can change each others lives for the better. I found it very interesting & funny too.

Greedy hollywood made another rip off. But they cannot possibly match the heart of the original. Omar Sy rules.

It is not a film, it is just a copy from absolute wonderful film Intouchables! Watch original!

I ended up enjoying this movie more than most. I think this is a great step in the drama direction for Mr. Heart.

If you think this movie is below 4 stars you are never allowed to watch movies again. The directing and effort in this movie with the acting is off the charts. No one can tell me otherwise.

Quite fun. And surprisingly accurate. Cranston doesn't miss.
