The Virginity Hit Reviews
if there was a way to rate a movie zero stars......i would pay money to do it to this movie jesus can it get any worse?
Faut aimà (C) les films handmade. Filmer en majeur partie camà (C)ra à l'à (C)paule/main, donc un style à aimer.
Most the jokes don't work and the set up doesn't go anywhere by the end you just feel like you wasted your time watching it.Don't watch it the only only people who will like or find this funny are teens who think dick and fart jokes are funny..and the sad thing is most teens are going to find something like this and grown ups 2 funny. I live in a word where good comedies get over looked by bad dumb comedies its just sad how easily people are fooled by bad movies like this.
The Virginity Hit was charming, hilarious and a perfect representation of the struggle for teenage guys to lose their virginity. The story was unrealistic, but it keeps you laughing and feel empathy for the main character for the entire film. As well, the different camera angles and shots, builds for an interesting and different take on movie creation. I've watched it several times and never got bored.
The biggest pile of shit I have ever had the misfortune of having to view...avoid like the plague one got one star because can't give it none
The Virginity Hit really anything less than funny. It definitely had its moments of comedic genius, but overall it was really a let down. I thought the amateur filming done by one of the characters in the story really made the film kinda cute. It set a soothing and adolescent tone to the movie that did add to my enjoyment. The story is predictable though and once the movie is over, you can only wonder how all of their problems could have been easily avoided. The Virginity Hit is cute for a time, but in the end turns into nothing but a failed comedy.
A surprisingly engaging - and heartfelt - coming of age / losing teen virginity tale. The mockumentary style was a perfect choice, and the story and characters feel genuine (despite an unrealistic but otherwise hilarious "date gone wrong") thanks to the fresh-faced actors. It's far better than that low tomatometer will lead you to believe.
Just watched this the other night and I thought I would hate it but it honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It has a lot of funny moments but it definitely isn't a movie for everyone. Matt Bennett is absolutely adorable and does a wonderful job as the dorky and awkward lead character, Matt. The acting is good but it's not a movie I would watch more than once.
The only 'good' thing I can say about this movie is that it's perhaps the most accurate reflection of the YouTube, post 9/11 generation yet to be released. The characters, and story, is to a T dull, senseless, misogynistic, without compassion or the slightest redeeming factor. It presents, in its own perverse way, how the webcam-fueled narcissism of the under-21 crowd is, as one critic put it, replacing intimacy with voyeurism.
