The Wild Life Reviews
THIS MOVIE IS FREAKING GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The artists did a good job with the graphics. I am not sure who is the intended audience. It might entertain a 4 or 5 year old, but would be too scary for them. Flat, unoriginal, and uninspired.
Although "The Wild Life" occasionally doesn't know where to go and eventually drifts off course towards the end, this funny, charming and exciting animated feature is genuinely well-made and thoroughly entertaining.
LOL, the funniest 1.5 hours ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw this movie when I was a kid and thought it was good...........I was on something.
All ages are admitted and allowed!!! LOL, so funny and full of adventure (and action-packed comic relief)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also including a very sweet and funny voice cast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the worst animated movies of 2016, Robinson Crusoe/The Wild Life has colourfully animated antics galore - the lighting's a bit off, though, and at times the movement's a bit jerky - and serviceable voice acting but the weak premise, unfunny jokes, boring, one-dimensional characters and not really having much of a plot to speak of (it just ends after Crusoe and the parrot deal with another threat) make it a movie that's most likely to appeal strictly to children and nobody else outside of that demographic. Go watch Madagascar instead if you want a more entertaining version of "family-friendly Cast Away".
Too many chasing scenes and weak scrip. Why the cat is always the villain on movies?
One of the absolute worst movies I've ever seen. I faked having to go to the bathroom twice, just to get out of this stupid movie.
This movie was really bad. I had trouble paying attention to the plot and literally left in the middle of the movie to go to the bathroom on purpose to get away. The voices of the movie make it even worse. All the animals voices really hurt my ears and want to take my eardrums out. This movie was terrible and not even funny. This is not even a movie that was so bad that you have memories laughing at: this was just not good. It was super stupid and REALLY annoyed me. Save your time and do NOT watch or buy this movie!!!
There wasn't much I liked about "The Wild Life" - but at the same time, there wasn't a whole lot that I absolutely hated, or at least enough for me not to put this down as a terrible movie like most people are saying. I'll be the first to admit - this movie doesn't deliver much, but it got good enough by the end to at least make it somewhat enjoyable for kids. However, kids are about the only people that would thoroughly enjoy this movie, and when I say kids, I mean kids under 5. The dialogue, more specifically, the jokes in this movie were awful, none of them would've been funny to anyone besides the kids under 5, and even then that's a stretch. I will say, this movie showed flashes of potential, some of the characters were decently developed, and the characters were definitely more thought out than some of the other terrible animated movies out there. When it comes to the animation - it was actually probably the best part of this movie. The animation was really good in this movie for it not being made by Disney, Dreamworks, BlueSky, etc. StudioCanal did a really good job with the animation, but, that's about the only thing they got right with this movie. "The Wild Life" has characters and animation that are enjoyable enough to keep this movie out of the crap zone, but still has a serious lack in the dryness of the dialogue and plot, and is definitely not worth watching.
