Action filled and exciting movie. I was on the edge of my seat several times. I two nephews who watched it with me and they stood up several times in anticipation of what was to happen next! My only complaint is, where can I biy and watch again!!!

An excellent movie! True to the story. Amazing cinematography! I cannot understand for the life of me why this movie isn’t streaming anywhere or a DVD available, Especially on the hundredth anniversary of the serum run almost here!

This is an unreal movie based on real facts. Dafoe is fantastic as ever, but at some point he is replaced by a cartoon as are most of the dogs. But this doesn't bother me at all. What matters is the story, and what a great story it is!

70/100 - its a disney film so its going to be some cookie cutter generic family friendly sappy film. wimmiem dafoe is great, disney is atrocious and people shouldnt support them. its a 2 hour film but they could have done it in 1.5, a lot of nothing.

A heartwarming treat featuring young animal stars on cuteness overload. As Togo matures, he becomes adored by human star, Defoe, as well as the audience, awesome in his abilities, and unforgettable in his achievements.

A Disney+ film based on a true story of the 1925 serum run to Nome, Alaska. Willem Dafoe stars as Leonhard Seppala, a musher, with his lead dog Togo. Given the nature of the true story, there are only a few opportunities for Dafoe to show off his acting abilities in a scene with another actor. He does make the most of those scenes. There are many beautiful Alaskan backdrop scenes supporting this “man and his dog” story. This movie does run slow and got boring for me in spots. I’d recommend this film if you enjoy Willem Dafoe as an actor or you’re a dog person.

What a great movie! (cast, cinematogrphy, stunts, cgi) The technical aspect is so great and the story telling is supern. This movie brought me so much tears ❤️. Good job on casting Willem Dafoe. And of course, our main character, Togo. This is a re-telling of the great relay in 1925. I am one of those who believed that the longest relay was done was Balto, this movie corrected that belief. It's about time that we celebrate the real MVP, Togo. Highly recommended. You can watch it with your family.

Originally from Alaska, but now living somewhere else in the world, I saw this movie on Disney+. Itv was not only was a well-made, it showed the heart connection between dog and human. Brought back fond memories of me living in Alaska. The entire cast was picked perfectly, the storyline was amazing and I am glad that Disney made this movie based on the true story. While watching it actually feels like you're in Alaska on the dog sled trail with them. Totally amazing, I will be watching this again that's for sure! AAAAAAA++

Real talk, we need to stop using Max Richter's "On The Nature Of Daylight" in stuff. That tune's an express lane straight to me crying and I can't take it anymore. Kidding aside, the last 10 - 15 minutes of this movie really are ROUGH. The content itself isn't anything traumatic. It's just the way things round out (the voiceover, the editing, the finality of the events, etc.) that really got me. Also, much love to this movie for setting out to correct the record regarding what actually happened during the 1925 serum run. I always loved the idea of the story and had no clue just how misinformed I was about the true-to-life happenings. I still, of course, love Balto (just as I love all the brave little doggies involved in the historic feat) but Togo definitely was a real one, as they say. This is a well-acted, well-conceived depiction of unbridled heroism — both on the part of humans and canines alike — and a thoroughly enriching experience all around.

Really amazing movie!

This movie has it all, Its got great actors, a great script, great action scenes, beautiful cinematography and visuals, and touching characters that leave a deep impression on your soul. Its a standout Disney film that may become a classic, its definitely one of the best dog and human relationship based films that I have ever seen (if not the best), especially if your a dog owner/lover. It had me on the edge of my seat with my heart filled with emotion during the action scenes, and tears welling up in a few others, its a great film that I will never forget. The visuals of some of the action scenes are printed in my memory forever--some really great shots, I don't remember being so gripped by a pack of dogs and their master, you will be touched for sure, and its based on a true story so you will be intrigued by the historical significance of the main characters in this movie. And Togo is a true hero (THE true hero--you'll know what I mean after you watch the movie), and so is his owner, its a great film. Willem Dafoe was excellent in this movie, and so was the actress who plays his wife, like I said, its got a great cast including the dog-actors that really hit the mark and are so beautiful too. I guarantee people will be naming their dogs Togo this year and in years to come, and the siberian husky breed will be recognized even more for their amazing strength, intelligence, and their ability to bond and interact with humans on deep levels.

Togo is a well told underdog story that contains both riveting thrills and deeply emotional moments. The story is never dull and always is incredibly entertaining.

Awesome movie. I loved Balto growing up so was skeptical that they would ruin it with this. They did not. The acting and animation was superb. Great watch for the whole family
