I thought this was a great little horror flick. Completely unexpected. Acting of the bad guy was terrific!

This movie was amazing!

An Unhinged, Bloody, Aussie Nightmare That Fully Embraces the Madness If Wolf Creek was too bleak, Wolf Creek 2 is its insane, blood-soaked cousin that finally lets loose—and it’s all the better for it. Rather than sticking to the slow-burn, documentary-style horror of the first film, this sequel cranks up the insanity and turns Mick Taylor into a full-blown horror icon, blending dark humor with unrelenting brutality. This time, Mick isn’t just hunting backpackers—he’s playing with them, taunting them, and making a game out of the kill. His personality shines through in twisted, sadistic ways, making him both terrifying and darkly entertaining. The film opens with one of the best horror chase sequences in years, a Mad Max-style outback pursuit that sets the tone for the sheer chaos to come. The violence is just as nasty as the first film, but here it’s wrapped in a layer of absurdity, making it more of a horror-thriller rollercoaster than a grim endurance test. The only downside? It’s still relentless and at times mean-spirited, meaning it won’t work for all audiences. But if you’re looking for a gonzo, over-the-top horror ride that cements Mick Taylor as one of the most terrifying killers in modern horror, this sequel delivers. ✔️ Verdict: Wolf Creek 2 outdoes its predecessor by fully embracing the chaotic madness of its antagonist, making any plan to backpack in the Australian outback a completely foolish endeavor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This movie is a humor filled rollercoster of violence, it expanded on the character of 'Mick Taylor' far more than the previous movie, portraying him with the classic Austalian sense of humor without seeming to take away from his status as a murderous phycopath. However I can understand how many don't find the humor within the film funny due to its violent presence. Overall, the film is a great example of Australian slasher.

Outback killer chases them down in while they're camping or hitch hiking and then does the stereotypical dismembering.

Ignore the negative reviews. Those people are just pommy cunts😉. Lol. Wolf Creek 2 is easily better than the first in basically every way. More tension, better story structure, more laughs, and more action make Wolf Creek 2 a film that surpasses the original. The best part? Genre fans should be satisfied by the carnage. The violence and gore are more gruesome, graphic, and disturbing than the film's predecessor.

This sequel just got better, wicker, sickier.

Pointless and quite stupid except for John Jarratt's performance, which is always worth a few laughs.

a pretty standard horror film that lacks the stuff that made the first one great. crocodile dundees deranged uncle kills tourists along a long desolate highway. if you wanna be afraid of strangers and open roads this is your movie. there's worse horror films out there and there are much better. if you have no other options go for it.

I'm never going camping in Australia.

An offense to every person who has the intellect above a 3rd grader. They take an old, out of shape man and try to turn him into some kind of indestructible super villain, Herculean strength evil mastermind. Apparently he can literally switch out automobiles, drive like a formula one racer off road, run like an Olympic marathon champ, fight like Jackie Chan and use weapons like a black ops special forces ranger. At some point, you laugh and then it gets boring and then it's impossible to suffer through. Not a sentilla of believability in any of it. It would have been more realistic if it was animated like a Disney cartoon, seriously. Like I said, an offense to everyone who genuinely likes action/thriller movies. How this would have played out in any semi-realistic situation is that the young, in-shape guy would have kicked the old man's teeth in and it would have ended within the first 10 minutes. Instead, the old codger is apparently some terminator hybrid and instead of using a walker and an inhaler, he has the fitness of a 20-year old Olympian.

It's not as seemingly realistic or believable as the first one but it cranks the gore and brutality up about 10 notches, one of the most gruesome movies I've ever seen and I think overall it's brilliantly directed, shot and acted. It's a great movie and I think it's better in some ways than the original. Another must watch for horror/slasher fans but be warned, there are some seriously brutal scenes 89/100

This movie was gory, crazy and so over the top. But, it wasn't great or intriguing. It was a "nothing's on tv" type movie that you put on cause there's nothing else to watch.

I've never seen the first one. This was good as a standalone. It has decent special effects (apart from the pixelated kangaroos- v exciting but could have been better executed.) Good uneasy feeling throughout. Cliched Aussie terms in script but didn't seem overly cashed-in on to create "authenticity" that usually falls far from the mark in other films. The apprehension and intensity is not unexpected, given the genre, but generally a higher calibre than readily accepted in the Australian thriller game. Had a "Hills Have Eyes" feel about it, creepy isolated antagonist, seemingly not much of a reason to be unhinged and can't be talked down, adding to the dread. I would watch this again.

I LOVE Wolf Creek 2 although it's not very original and doesn't have the best acting from some people.

A interesting and entertaining movie this thriller was a fun time but if you like the first film for the dark tone this will be a disappointment.

Have to say found this thoroughly enjoyable despite the sadistic violence on display from the main protagonist Mick Taylor. The often slapstick humour displayed made this an even more enjoyable movie for that reason. I seem to be going against the grain here but despite its macabre subject matter this is certainly a great movie to keep any person glued to watching . I for one thoroughly recommend it for the scenery, the laughs and the lead role of mick is played brilliantly by its actor who displays an almost likeable character, obviously when he's not gutting his victims but likeable anyway!

All "Wolf Creek 2" offers viewers is the utmost of brutality and gore; though I wouldn't expect a film like this to have a very deep script. The acting throughout is solid and the cgi/special effects pretty good I'd say. I do not understand the ending and there seems to be no explanation for it. All I can wonder is why did he get lucky then? Overall you are just looking at, basically, a "Saw" film. But if that's the basis I'm ranking it against it did reasonably well.

Really good and leaves a lasting affect on ya mind. Ignore the critics there's nothing more you could want in terms of horror. Really evil mental killer and to be honest Australian films normally suck. Apart from the ridiculous kangaroo that ruined the realism of this. One thing is stop putting based on a true story and then lying about the other stuff keep it more real guys.
