X-Men Reviews
This is one of the founding fathers of modern day superhero movies for good reason. This has aged a lot, especially the graphics, but it still holds up as a thoughtful and interesting movie. The love for X-men is present in every scene, and the joy this can bring an X-men fan can’t go unnoticed.
The movie that started the franchise, great casting!
los mejores actores que puede tener xmen para su live action
X-Men is a really great first movie of a franchise, with a good and fairly grounded story and great themes. The characters are well-established, even though Wolverine is the only one who had an arc. The dialogues are well-written, while the story is intriguing and pretty grounded. My favourite character besides Wolverine and Professor X is Cyclops. He is actually just a nice guy, even though Wolverine dislikes him. The cinematography is pretty good, the lighting is the aspect of it that I enjoyed the most. The pacing is excellent, you feel like you want more of it, which is great, especially if you want to make a franchise. The visual effects are good, even though some of it looks ridiculous today. The score is exceptionally good for a comic movie and the cast is just absolutely outstanding. Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen would be enough to have a great cast, but this film is completely stacked. X-Men is a great vintage Marvel movie, which is weird to say since it's only 25 years old at the moment.
The story was compelling and the action sequences were awesome. I definitely recommend it for superhero fans!
X-Men paved the way for the many Marvel features ( for better and for worse).
Really cool for an old comic book and a great start for the xmen saga
Esta pelicula salio hace 25 años! Claramente se nota en el departamente de efectos especiales y secuencias de acción pero sigue siendo una buena introducción, aunque lenta y tranquila, al mundo de los mutantes.
I can't belive this movie 24 freaking years old! 8/10. To me my x-men!
Good comfort movie and solid introduction to mutants.
Good fun. Great introduction to the character of Wolverine and loads of interesting side characters. A 'small' story that created a fun, creative adventure and a great platform for further expansions of the saga
Great Movie With Great Actors
Almost perfect if not for the casting of Rogue, her arch and the costumes
The first installment of the cinematic X-Men franchise offers a great, first perspective in the consequences between the conflicts of humans versus mutants. With a lead split between Wolverine and Rogue, it shows a colorful variety between two different personalities as they fight alongside the mutants against a dangerous supervillain named Magneto. As stakes rise and as the mutants grow closer, the story becomes more clear and dynamics begin to settle into their respective places. With talent like Ian McKellen, Halle Berry, Sir Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, and so, so many other familiar faces, the acting and dynamics between the actors themselves are perfect. A very good start to a very long road.
Great Film and Great story
Had its flaws but it was good in a good way...
It was a good movie to watch in good quality, wolverine was quite good, it was a watchable movie, there were some boring scenes but apart from that it was a very good and enjoyable movie.
The first mainstream Marvel Movie that audiences KNEW was based on a Marvel comic (sorry, I do love you “Blade”), X-MEN delivered a first rate comic book movie; one that satisfies fans & critics. It’s small scale compared to what followed, but it’s the perfect appetizer to what the franchise would later serve!
Direção: Bom Atuação: Bom Roteiro: Ok Caracterização: Ok Soundtrack: Ok
It was a very good movie. There is only one thing I'd change about it. THE ACCURACY. Other than that awesome humor, action, story and the actors really fit
