Annabelle: Creation Reviews
I am an avid horror movie fan and the Annabelle series is one of my favorites. Good story, very creepy vibe, loved it till the end.
It was really terrifying, but it was boring at times. I had fun watching it, and I definitely recommend it for horror fans.
The girls were soooooo bad. I feel like diddy watching this I got so hard. Cleanup aisle my pants 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Had everything that was missing from the original annabelle
Annabelle: Creation offers a more compelling narrative compared to its predecessor, complete with an intriguing backstory and well-developed characters and scares that are not mere jump scares but rather crafted to evoke genuine fear and suspense. The director, David F. Sandberg, demonstrates a profound understanding of horror filmmaking, having successfully crafted a standout terrifying movie as the previous installment was desperate to showcase. Grading: B
'Annabelle: Creation' isn't all bad, though did underwhelm me if I'm to be truthful. The mix of stories of Samuel/Esther and the orphans isn't majorly watchable, while the repeated use of young girls as the basis of these plots in this universe is getting a bit repetitive. With that noted, like in 'The Conjuring 2', the best performance does come from one of the kids. Talitha Bateman gives a good showing, her character sure is repeatedly flung here, there and everywhere! Stephanie Sigman is solid, while I wish we got more of Miranda Otto as Esther. There are more teases of 'The Nun', which I am actually looking forward to seeing in the standalone films - definitely the most creepy and interesting character in this series thus far, hopefully those doen't fall flat like these follow-ups to 'The Conjuring' have. Comparatively, this is the best of 'em and I like it more than 'Annabelle'. One (unrelated) positive from this is its use of the "You Are My Sunshine" song, which always reminds me of Ole Gunnar Solskjær - any fellow Manchester United fans will know. I was practically reciting it in my head on each occasion. Quite the useless piece of information, I know.
It sure scared the CRAP outta me. It was really good, and it has the best thrills ever. It was kinda confusing, but mostly just a chill thing to watch.
It was way better than the first one. The sound effects were on point even when nothing was going on, and those footsteps and the distance noise in the background were creepy!!!. A good cutback to the first one at the end got me excited and was so damn cool not many movies do that when they have a franchise, but David did GOOD stuff. Talitha Eliana Bateman did such a great job in this acting, which really carried the whole movie. I won't lie to you on that Linda be in many horror movies way to go girl you did that too.
This is my absolute favorite in the Annabelle group. The fear is palpable and the movie pays greatly needed attention to the way disability isolates people. I thoroughly enjoyed most of the acting in this and Talitha Bateman was gripping.
It's much better than the first annabelle movie
I began watching it, was extremely bored I even clicked off the movie. Then I clicked it back on just to realise I had stopped it just before it picked up. It is one of the greatest horrors I’ve ever seen and has fantastic story. Awesome climax, and a spectacular ending. Literally the best tie in to another movie I’ve ever seen right at the end.
“You don't know the real story.” Annabelle wreaks havoc that’s for sure. Love how it all connects back to the first film. 5/5 stars.
Doll proof film I like it with strong performance of everyone n great direction of Sandberg a watchable film ♥️⚡🦸♂️🎉😍
A great horror movie. Much better than its predecessor. Simple concept, but very well done. Frightening. Unpredictable, even for a experienced fan. Again, the Anabelle franchise gives a lot so little.
Direção: Bom Atuação: Ok Roteiro: Ok Caracterização: Bom Soundtrack: Ok
This feels like a hot take, but that was one of the best horror movies I've seen. I love the tone this movie brought off, super simple yet terrifying. The story was very well structured and had so many unexpected moments. Loving all of the films in The Conjuring timeline so far.
Perfeito amo tudo nesse filme
Annabelle: Creation is a massive step-up from Annabelle. With great performances by the young cast, and some excellent scare sequences, Creation has more than enough to keep you up at night.
