It could have been a lot better than what I saw. It's not worth it. (I haven't seen the American one)

Terrible film. Crap acting, the storyline all over the place and I still don't understand the ending. Don't waste your time on this.

Mario Casas brought me here, but aside that.. the film was decent. The only victims that I felt sorry was the dogs

The plot and premise can't make up for the deterioration of a Netflix blockbuster into a made for SyFy flick.

Whatever it was that made the first Bird Box work so well for me: Bird Box Barcelona definitely doesn't have it.

Really good movie, people say the trailer ruined it, I haven’t watched it so I went in this completely blind, and loved it

The sequel we never needed, but totally expected. Note: I watched a dubbed version of this movie. Honestly, the original movie was 100% going to be given a sequel. Everybody knew. The original movie had a total profit of a little under 400 million dollars. This movie would go on to make a total of... we don't know. The movie's profits are not public information; presumably because of an absolute box office flop. I understand that film making isn't easy. All of that aside, this movie sucks and we never needed it. The series would be much better off without a sequel.

See no evil... or banal B-movies. This IP might be more suited to a different media format (I should probably read the book). Fairly interesting in theory, the type of potentially provocative genre film Georgina Campbell has a knack for being cast in even if the end results are hit or miss (I'm looking at you, The Watchers). I found the other main character too irredeemable to be sympathetic. If you're looking for better sensory deprivation apocalyptic fare, more philosophical and less action-oriented than A Quiet Place and its followups, Blindness (2008) is brilliant and Perfect Sense (2011) is a good companion piece.

This entered the realm of inane stupidity very early on, and then proceeded to make it into one of the stupidest movies I have ever seen. The original concept of the first film, Bird Box, was not overly intelligent but I was still able to give it a positive review. What they did to it here is just bad on all levels. Absolutely horrible direction to take the story in, made only worse by unclear skipping around in the storyline, I should have turned it off around the 40 minute mark. The idea of some people being immune and then forming a cult of sorts isn’t all bad, the execution was just atrocious and the entire 'visions of his daughter' possessing him was the unnecessary and horrid part.

I'm a little lost on the reaction to this movie. Watched it in a group and we all thought is was exceptional. Everything from the writing, acting, directing, cinematography and even the effects were top notch. It was the rare better sequel in almost every way...and I watched the two movie almost back to back. This movie took the idea and expanded on it in all the right ways. Bird Box Barcelona deserves so much more love than it's getting!!

Wth with this movie

One of the worst movies I've ever watched.

I'm not an expert in films and things like that, but I found it very interesting to expand on the first film which deals with an isolated case and now open doors to other places in the world, the film is not as scary as the first but it remains engaging and with a captivating and really interesting story, I loved the idea and I honestly want there to be more

UND WIE SIE SEHEN, SEHEN SIE NIX Aliens, Engel oder kosmischer Staub man weiss es nicht landet auf der Erde und zwingt die Menschen und Tiere zum Selbstmord. Man kennt es schon aus Bird Box mit Sandi Bi, schon da war es recht dröge hatte aber immerhin eine gute Schauspielerin. Man sieht die Wesen nach wie vor nicht, nur das nun Menschen in der Lage sind diese Wesen zu sehen. Dies sind allerdings vorwiegend christliche Blubbler. Was an Barcelona nun besonders ist weiss ich nicht, die meiste Zeit sieht man es eh nicht. Zumal die meisten Charaktere gar keine Spanier sind. Unsympathisch sind hier alle, besonders die jammersuse von Hauptfigur. Die Wesen sollen zu dem 1000 Millionen Lichtjahre zu uns gereist sein. Ein Lichtjahr besteht übrigens aus einer Milliarde km, weisste Bescheid.

Decent enough for brainless entertainment, but a far cry from its predecessor. The twist and special effects actually made it much worse. If you’re bored as all heck, give it a watch. Otherwise, meh.

Aqui embora saibamos todo o contexto do mundo distópicos, o efeito surpresa fica por conta dos considerados "videntes", apesar das boas cenas de ação, principalmente a cena da fuga de ônibus, a segunda metade torna-se um tanto quanto entediante... Longe de ser ruim, entretanto distante de ser um grande BlockBuster...
