Stupid people making bad choices and losing body parts to strangely ravenous alligators

This horror movie is precisely one of the styles I love to watch as it is both engaging and concise, thereby evoking a thrilling reaction.

Review scores of 84/75 for this flick is wild. This is solid, but nowhere near great or classic territory. I mean come on, there are no surprises, an enormous amount of dumb decisions so the plot moves forward, and lots of very poor CGI

It delivers on all fronts, exciting and to the point. It’s the Gainesville, Florida equivalent of Cameron’s Aliens.

What a boring movie, and so predictable. With an alligator that is about as real as Mary Poppins. That alligator would have had her and him in the first few minutes, for the rest of the movie we suffer bad acting from everyone and more bad toy alligator scenes with it making sounds no alligator makes. Easily one of the most unrealistic movies I've ever seen, gators don't just go around eating people. The dads injuries should've had him in complete shock or dead. The daughters injuries seemed to not imcompacitate her at all. This movie is a complete dud, complete with a dumb ending

Watched it with my mommi, she was so scared.

The film is a waste of time. No one survives the crush of the alligators' jaws -- unless of course it's the two main principal actors who seemingly heal in minutes. Much of the dialogue is those two yelling the other's name back and forth: "HALEY?" "DAD?" And of course "HELP!" All leading to the bland and ridiculous ending. Hated this film.

Most creature-features both good and bad exaggerate their wild antagonists in an attempt to make things more interesting. Ever since the genre peaked with Jaws, such attempts have since dropped even into hysterical attempts. But that's what's extra scary about Crawl. The things these alligators do, how big they are, how they act - it's very plausible. The gators are portrayed very well. My only note is gators don't need to eat that much but then again when you only eat a few times a year why not go at it? Anyways the story is pretty good, the cast isn't special but their acting is supplemental. Violent, fast paced, lots of suspense. Hurricane Milton Meets Hurricane Wendy (not the fast-food location).

Good movie, very exciting. some gross parts but I was happy when the main charectors all got away from the aligators. including their dog.

A somehow breathe of fresh air on creature feature.

Oh this is jolly good. An unashamed creature feature set in a storm and it all works!

I get it that this is a popcorn movie but the premise is just too ridiculous. House is full of angry gators because there was a flood. Pretty much all that happens is a swimmer girl swims around trying to escape being eaten for 2 hours.

I will give it a 5 perfect star because the dog lives 😊♥️ it was so so good too very suspenseful and thrilling it had me on the edge of my seat.

Buena película, una cinta que me sorprendió bastante. No esperaba mucho de esta película y la verdad es que termino gustándome mucho por lo entretenida que es. Es una película para pasar el rato, no presenta una historia increíble, solo es una trama simple pero que no predecís como puede terminar. Creo que lo único que se le puede criticar en cuanto a ritmo es el principio, ya que arranca algo lenta y no pasa mucho hasta que se encuentra con el primer cocodrilo y empieza a ponerse interesante la película. La ambientación con el tornado y la inundación en la ciudad esta muy bien hecha, los efectos son geniales y suman mucho a como se ve la cinta. Tiene un par de conveniencias o algunas cosas que no me terminan de cerrar como la decisión de los personajes de no ir al techo como primera opción, pero bueno no hay cosas tan graves. La película tiene suspenso muy bien construido y los cocodrilos aterran con sus apariciones, ya que apenas aparecen ya sabemos que los protagonistas corren peligro porque no tienen muchas maneras de defenderse. El CGI utilizado en los cocodrilos no me convenció del todo, se veían un poco falsos en algunas escenas, pero tampoco estaban del todo mal en mi opinión. Por otro lado, las actuaciones son excelentes, principalmente las de Kaya Scodelario y Barry Pepper; ambos actores hacen un muy buen papel. En conclusión, una buena película que no es la gran cosa pero que cumple con la función de presentar una historia interesante y sobretodo entretenida, con un dúo protagónico que hace un trabajo genial y una ambientación muy bien hecha. La recomiendo.

Worst movie ever!! I don't know how writers and producers let this happen. The characters in movie were so stupid it's so infuriating to watch. Would have been better if believable!

Its simple enough premise gives it grounding and relatability, but the cast cannot quite hold its slower moments together.

Tense, short, and immense fun. The sort of popcorn monster movie that I'd wish we'd see more of.

I am typically not fond of watching scary movies; however, this particular cinematic piece did not prove to be as dreadful as expected. Having acknowledged that, it must be noted that the film still managed to evoke a significant amount of fear due to the sudden startling moments and the presence of terrifying reptilian creatures throughout. While I do lament the decision to subject myself to this frightful experience, I do find solace in the fact that I ultimately chose to view it.
