Just okay. Not coming close to the first one. Underwhelmed.

What were they thinking with this one the story felt so disconnected and out of place. The only entertaining part was Denzel yet again. 4/10

Not as good the first, but worth the watch.

Disappointing how derivative it was of the original. If you’re going to be derivative though, the first GLADIATOR is a good pick. Saved by some great production values and a typically exceptional Denzel Washington performance.

It’s hard to follow a masterpiece like the first Gladiator movie. But once you get though the beginning, it gets better.

I loved the story, I never watched the first one but I was able to understand what was going on and I enjoyed it!

Absolutely wonderful production and execution of this film. From start to finish it had me excited and intrigued to what was next in the best way possible.

If you saw Gladiator, this sequel will disappoint. This is more about family forgiveness.

Denzel’s performance as usual incredible! The follow up to the original was intense and heart pounding action ! Would have loved for Maximus to know that this was his kid 😟
