Thought I'd give this a watch for some entertainment. Well it is exactly what I thought tbh 😆. Very silly, very violent, no plot to speak of but still a good bit of fun

These 'movie critics' are terrible. Literary critics at least have a methodology and essentially are writers themselves. I have not seen one critic on this site that is a professional in his field or frankly any good at his job. This movie had potential and is ruined by bad acting and even worse writing. I actually laughed out loud at the womans impression of the Minions but the main character and a few others became so annoying and cliche that it borders on one of the worst movies Ive seen in a while, even with a lol moment or two

Hilarious, absurdist cinema. Very silly, great visuals and use of time. They do more with 30 min most 2hr movies do.

Meh, never was really rooting for anyone, everyone sucks. The deadly game genre is getting old & the characters / dialogue wasn't anything great. The best part of the movie is definitely him trying to do every day normal things with gun hands.. lol

Is it weird that actually enjoyed this movie because of Daniel Radcliffes great goody acting?

Guns Akimbo - 6.5/10. Daniel Radcliffe has come a long way from his Harry Potter days, choosing to go with a variety of different types of films to deviate from his initial claim to fame. Guns Akimbo has hints of #wanted and other high energy, colourful, and violent films. Though the concept and story is really out there. A graphic designer for an online game goes on a famous real life battle royal (Skizm) discussion board and criticizes them, causing him to end up in a messed up situation (he ends up having guns sewn onto his hands). Forced into the Skizm game, he must fight for his life and figure a way to get out of his predicament. The movie is a fast paced and highly violent film, but entertains because of its simple and weird premise. Radcliffe does a great job of the weird circumstance his career is in, and pulls off a really good American accent as well. Samara Weaving does a good job of playing the violence driven player who has to kill Radcliffe's character. The movie's frenetic pace is shot well by cinematographer Stefan Ciupek, giving the film a video game feel. The movie does suffer at some parts however, as it seems more inclined in showing gross out scenes rather than build upon the story. But when it focuses on action, it does a pretty good job of creating entertaining action set pieces. A decent wild ride of an action film!

This movie is exactly what you'd expect it to be. It's an easy watch, full of clichés and funny commentary. If you're looking for a film that will blow your socks off and change your outlook on life, this movie is not the one for you. It's not a piece of art, but it will certainly lift your spirits! :) So, to any and all like-minded people, please give this movie a try! -P

So many people thought this movie wasn't all that good as it was action action action and not much else. It was actually along the lines of Kill Bill Vol 1 & 2 so if you like those you would like this. DR was very good in this and it was a great deal of fun to watch.

Probably the worst film I’ve ever seen. So embarrassing

Good action movie, but weird to see Brits with guns, especially Harry Potter.

Fast paced bloody action that is fairly original. Good as is, but I think more could have been done with it.

The movie itself is very entertaining, the actors all played their parts very well, unfortunately people try to read more into movies, instead of enjoying the entertainment value of the film.

It was surprising to this movie score, I absolutetly loved this movie was entertaining, liked the visuals and the acting, Daniel is always killing it on these roles.

Daniel Radcliffe is trying his best to escape out his Harry Potter type casting. Although the movie is a good time pass if you watch with friends

What a weird film! A blend between Scott Pilgrim, Mortal Kombat, Sucker Punch & Deadpool... Starring Harry Potter and Barbie's evil twin! Very silly and sick flick!

The set up is quick. It has some humor and a lot of violence. It is not good not bad and would not run out and tell someone to watch it.

It was ok but got kind of long. I'd never want to watch it again.
