In Darkness Reviews

It feels like three long seasons of quality television squashed into one savagely overstuffed cinematic piata.

| Original Score: 2/5 | Jul 6, 2018

A talented cast and a handsome sense of time and place can't save this thriller from being caught in a cliche-ridden and uninspiring undertow.

I can't wait to see what (Natalie) Dormer the screenwriter shows us next.

Anthony Bryne's high-flown style only serves to highlight the film's icky way of exploiting real-world tragedy for kicks.
