Worst movie Ive ever seen

Pretty much ALL movies Willem Dafoe is in I like. His acting ability is beyond reproach!! He is in EVERY SCENE in this movie and made you feel like you were there with him, feeling what HE was supposed to be feeling. I REALLY enjoyed the whole movie - the "will he/will he NOT" escape the unique ways he managed staying alive and his attempts at escape. The only part I felt cheated was re: the ending. I am a person who WANTS A DEFINITIVE ENDING, and for "me", this one left me hanging.

I would score it lower if I could. The movie made no sense and after 2 hours I still dont understand the end. Easily one of the worst movies I have ever seen

Problem with this movie is that it goes no where fast and worst of all after an hour in it gets boring. Trapped inside a penthouse, umm ok, just go with it sure but after a big attempt happens and no one notices it, you realize how its a bit ridiculous

Great movie. Not for the common folk though.

A tremendous performance by Willem Dafoe.

The moving dragged. I could barely stay awake. After everything you are expecting a result and movie leaves you wondering is this really it.

Great performance by Dafoe but it just needed a little more story. Incredibly shot though and loved the artwork and themes.

This was a very strange and bizarre story, but Willem Defoe's performance was incredible as expected.

DeFoe performed a tour de force, just as in The Lighthouse .... I realize it is not everybody's cup of tea.

I have to give this movie 1 star bc it wont let me leave it blank. If you at all have anything else to do other than seeing this movie, do it. It has surpassed every Horrible movie Ive ever seen in my life. The 12 people in the theater last night (Tuesday)agreed. I would give this a negative. Awful. Terrible. DONT SEE THIS MOVIE.

This is the kind of movie that makes you think about life. Dafoe was amazing. I wish we couldve seen what was behind the self portrait.

Too dark, too long, very boring
