I just watched Jennifer's Body and I was surprised by how different it was from what I expected. It’s about a high school girl, Jennifer, who gets possessed and starts killing guys. Her best friend, Needy, starts to figure it out and tries to stop her. It’s part horror, part comedy, and has a lot of weird but cool moments. The writing was sharp, and the movie had a unique style. Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried both gave strong performances, and the soundtrack was great. I gave it a 3.5 out of 5 because while it had some really entertaining scenes and a clever twist on the horror genre, it didn’t always hit as hard emotionally. Still, it’s fun, underrated, and definitely worth watching.

I was shocked to see the rating of the movie. The film has a pretty popular fan-base and a lot of people have seen this movie. Personally I wouldn't say it's the best or the worst, it had its cool moments like the scene where Jennifer and Needy are on the bed fighting. I will say though, out of all the cult films I have seen this is one of the coolest I have seen. It did lack some scariness to it though. I don't find it the best either because it seemed a bit.. cheesy. I understood the plot of the movie but I've also seen better in other movies with the same topic. Megan Fox, of course, has magnificent acting in the film. Even Amanda Seyfried, Glorious job! I think there could've been more added to certain scenes to make it more interesting. I feel like there could've been more ways to make Jennifer scarier than just her wandering around sort of. For the film to be horror you expect it to be scary but unfortunately it really lacked it. Truly nothing shocks me more than seeing the critic reviews and ratings.

I absolutely! I loved this movie. It disappointed me that people didn't understand the story or anything due to bad marketing, but this movie spoke to a lot of things. it didn't deserve the hate it has got. such an iconic movie to have with us today!!!

I personally love Jennifer’s Body. This movie is one of my favorites! I have seen it a million times and it’s great every time! It was funny and eerie. When I watched it for the first time I was constantly surprised. I love costume design. I feel like it’s a great twist on your class 2010’s (even though this came out in 2009) coming of age film. It’s just enough of raunchy. I love the soundtrack of this film! I felt like Amanda Seyfried and Megan Fox’s portrayal of a toxic friendship while one being a demon and the other human was so well done in my opinion. This movie had a lot of deeper meanings for the plot which made the movie all the more interesting to watch. I love themes of sexuality, power and control, etc. Totally recommend this film!!!

The 3rd time I’ve seen Jennifers body. This movie is incredibly underrated. It has a great sound track and the ending is sad enough to be emotional be not to sad that it’s isn’t kick ass. This has some good character development, I like Amanda Seyfried’s role in this, I really thinks she brings that kick ass final girl behavior. If you haven’t watched Jennifer’s body yet then I highly recommend it and excited that the sequel is in the works

Horror and comedy are just the backdrop for the actual story: Jennifer and Needy were just incompatible people in a codependent relationship that was bound to fail, it just did in the most unimaginable way. I think most women can relate to having a friendship just like Jennifer and Needy's besides the gory parts, and that eye-opening moment makes it a movie worth a watch. It's also a metaphor for SA trauma and its correlation with hypersexuality, which sadly are very pervasive in the lives of average women.

Jennifer's Body is definitely an iconic cult film. This film is mixed with horror, and comedy. This movie is definitely more than just a horror film. In this film the audience is following the main character Jennifer Check. She definitely well-known in high school, and become possessed. This happens a rock band basically scarifies her. From there on she is literally feeding on boys throughout her town. This to me is so strange but funny at the same on how ironic it is. It to me shows some themes of femininity. This movie is focused on the female reltionships in my opinion. The actors were great, the production and all. I definitely believe this is a movie people should watch once in their life.

I love this movie so much. Megan Fox was born for this role. Sorry to the guys who weren't able to jack off to Megan. This movie was for females and the female gaze but was marketed wrong due to Megan being a sex symbol. If y'all actually watched the movie, you'll learn about what happens when a girl is objectified and wants to feel validated by her beauty but how it can also deepy affect them in a negative way

Rewatching Jennifer's Body reminds me why it left such an impression the first time around. The opening narration paired with the "before and after" sequence was a brilliant way to introduce the characters and set the tone for what was to come. It strikes a balance between ominous and quirky, pulling you into the strange, twisted world of Devil's Kettle. Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried's chemistry is one of the highlights. Their dynamic as Jennifer and Needy feels authentic, charged with tension, and full of layers. Megan Fox, often criticized for her emotional range, really brought something extra to this role. She captures Jennifer's dangerous allure and underlying insecurities in a way that makes her both menacing and fascinating. And let's be honest-Fox's charisma and screen presence are off the charts here. What I like is that the movie has more going on under the surface. Sure, it's about a demon-possessed cheerleader eating boys, but there's also stuff about friendship, jealousy, and even how women are underestimated or exploited. There's a lot of deeper meaning if you take the time to think about it (or look it up online, let's be honest). The production overall was pretty good. The locations were well chosen, and the cinematography had some cool details, like those subtle shifts in perspective with handheld shots and close-ups. It really added to the tension without being too flashy. For me, Jennifer's Body is one of those movies that just works. It's fun, has great performances, and leaves you thinking a bit more than you'd expect from a horror-comedy. It's not perfect, but it's definitely worth a rewatch-and yeah, Megan Fox totally owned this one.

Did we all watch the same movie…. Why is the rating so low… Anywho, this movie honestly changed my outlook on the world. How Jennifer being the popular girl she is can still have her own problems. How everyone experiences that feeling of not belonging. Maybe you all aren’t looking at the real meaning behind the movie but it’s a fantastic movie.

I'm not going to lie, this was a movie, but Megan Fox and Needy had me on my knees weirdly kind of m. Damn, that band group im glad she went after them at the end of the movie and happy she got some abilities. Needy is the bad ass now go get em, girl!!!

Pretty campy movie, average at best, I will admit the lines that Megan Fox said we're really silly but funny!
