Absolutely amazing so much depth!
It was a little hard to follow at times with the jumping around back and forth on the timeline. Naturally hated the ending, but it was based on a true story, so had to be told.
Wonderful inspiring movie
Better than expected! Beautifully done
The movie delivered an important message on the impact of homophobia and intolerance on individuals, families and society. The acting was superb, although the plot was somewhat plodding. The flashbacks and imagined conversations helped move the storyline forward.
Very moving and deep movie , ending was tragic but very rewarding! Great movie!
Mark Walburg was amazing. the story was very heartfelt.
mark w played a good roll.

Wish it would have ended with jo having reached New York
story missed a opportunity to stress the hatefulness of bulling
It was well written and acted. The actors were perfect for the parts they played.
I genuinely enjoyed this story of a father and his son. They were a few moments during the movie where I felt like I was punched in the gut and tears fell. This is an important message that needs to be shared with many.
Mark Wahlberg was superb. Best acting performance of his career. Very emotional movie. Sad but true. Eye opening movie
It was a great movie. I cryed. Love to watch true stories.
Very sad movie but speaks to all the prejudice in the world & the bullying that goes on on schools
Very depressing. Wahlberg did a good acting job and Connie was not given enough screen time.
It was awesome and many people would benefit from watching this film
