I watched this on DVD recently. It's sad to say but the highlight of the movie was the music which played at the end during the credits. This is one of those rare specialised rom'com's which has chosen to leave out all the romance and the comedy, to concentrate fully on the mean spiritedness of the story. It's just terrible to watch, and to make matters worse some of it is set in France in winter! There is absolutely no chemistry between the leads, and the plot develops like a joyless version of a lampoon's vacation. I really despaired as I sat through what seemed like endless scenes of misery, mishap and arguments. I just can't find anything positive to say. It's bleak, repetative, and a bit French, and I hated it.

3.5 stars - it's good for its genre! The scenes capture the humor well, good chemistry between the leads, even if Ashton Kutcher does overact at times in an almost B-level way. But he nails a lot of the comedy well, so all is forgiven, haha. Brittany Murphy was the star here and did a great job playing the "girl caught between two worlds," and the honeymoon's situational comedy was engaging and entertaining even if unbelievable. but thats part of this rom-com genre anyways! This will appeal to those who like this genre and makes for a good movie night for that specific audience.

Good movie. Not great acting but still entertaining for a rainy day

Everything goes wrong in Just Married. Tells the story of a man (Ashton Kutcher) and a woman (Brittany Murphy) who fall in love and get married quick but soon realize that things are too complicated. The acting and chemistry between Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy are quite enjoyable for this romantic comedy but only if it had a better script. The writing is what confuses me and all the questionable decisions the characters make throughout the entire movie. The art direction at some points of the movie look in a way cheesy, lame, and fake. Just Married is just not that funny and is just mediocre at best.

This is a very 2000's frat-boy minded romantic comedy which only manages to get a couple laughs and hardly even interest the average viewer.

"Just Married" goes as it's stars go. The film relies so heavily on Ashton and Brittany's chemistry and they succeed to great extent. Yeah the film has a lot of flaws and problems but you could see just how much fun the actors were having and it jumps off the screen. The movie was entertaining, funny and kept me engaged for 2 hours. I recommend you give it a try.

Sweet film about a crazy relationship that is loving underneath.

Tom (Ashton Kutcher) and Sara (Brittany Murphy) meet on the beach and instantly fall in love. They get married and decide to spend their honeymoon in Europe. Roaches, small cars, skanks and an ex boyfriend (Christian Kane) get in the way of their romantic trip. There isn't much to this comedy, but Brittany Murphy's bubbly personality shines through

A Rom-Com that is pretty boring and un eventful.

Billed as a funny film, but it was a total bore!! The script was rubbish! Guess Who with Ashton Kutcher was a thousand times better!!!

This movie was the first DVD I bought when I was younger at Best Buy and made me fall in love with the Late But Always great Brittany Murphy and Ashton Kutcher. I did not expect all these bad reviews for one of my fav movies. First, Brittany and Ashtons Chemistry is really amazing. Second, the movie is freaking funny and throughout the movie you find yourself really rooting for them, they are both relatable characters in the movie as well. My boyfriend is picky with movies, and he really liked this as well. Rotten Tomatoes has some Rotten Reviewers too, Give the movie a try.
