Leo Reviews
Adam sandler as Leo is funny
We originally watched this because it was only marketed as a family and comedy movie, and we wanted to watch something with our 9 year old sister. And it was, but my 50 year old mom, 15 year old sister, the 9 year old sister, and me(19 year old lad) thought it was absolutely hilarious. We all laughed so hard throughout the whole movie. The attention to detail in this movie was phenomenal and it really was one of the best movies I have seen in a while. There were a few scenes and dialogue that were a little questionable in a kids movie, but it really was pretty clean and family friendly. Would definitely watch again.
Though it has forgettable songs, Leo is a warm and wholehearted animated film.
Absolutely hilarious!!! My kids and I were laughing the whole time. This movie is one of the best comedies for kids and adults equal. It has a great message as well.
My kid loves it and I also found it quite enjoyable. Good lessons for kids and hilarious.
Leo was a movie that we randomly found while scrolling through Netflix to find something else. Well, my daughter really liked the way it looked so we settled upon it and pressed play. What followed was an hour and a half of raucous laughter and heartwarming serenity. There are very few movies that have impressed me like this one, in their sublime balance of enjoyment for adults and children alike, and this particular example is a paragon of those. Do not hesitate to sit down and watch this one, no matter who you are.
A very funny, yet kind of emotional turn of a mid-life crisis sort of movie that follows a lizard who believes he will die soon and wants to do all the things he has always regretted doing in captivity, but finds kids are his true passion all along. With amazing classic actors like Adam Sandler, Bill Burr, and Jason Alexander, along with some new names and other wonderful voices, each one made a memorable performance and had their time in the sun with our hero, Leo. What could have been an ordinary kid’s movie turned out to be a ride for the adults as well, and Adam Sandler’s present history seems to have gotten better with just one little lizard.
Uplifting, funny, clever, and relatable to both young and old audiences. There's no real "villains" in this movie which might be a setback in other movies, but this takes the characters pretty well. Definitely a good recommendation for the family! (8.6/10 - Amazing)
Brilliant movie fueled by Adam Sandler's voice and desire to make something that will be remembered for ages!
Do not see this if your kid wants to KILL THEM ASAP
La película si fue buena le pongo 4 estrellas y media porque claro no me pareció tan buena pero aún así si fue buena.
When this movie first came out, I thought it would be horrible. however after watching the movie it wasn't that bad. one problem I have with the movie is that it has quite a few adult themes mixed in with it being a kids movie. I think this movie was for the adults watching it with the kids.
Excellent animation but whoever wrote this script was on drugs, quite surreal about a talking lizard who helps children and adults, not your typical animated film, not really child-oriented, some mature humor.
I started the movie without faith I ended up laughing and getting emotional; it was quite surprising and the o going twist of Leo’s dream was pretty wholesome
so weird. I didn't know it was a musical. the moral of the story was alright but that movie will not be watched again
This is a bad movie for kids I don’t recommend, super weird ag times
I really like this movie. I was actually surprised how much I laughed throughout. To be honest, I watched this without any children! Would definitely give this movie a thumbs up!
Was not expecting to like this as much as I did, a simple story about a Lizard accidently helping all these kids and finding solace. It proves Adam Sandler still can deliver when working with a good story.
