Night's End Reviews
There’s very little to it, like a 30-minute Twilight Zone episode stretched beyond its limit.
| Original Score: 2.3/5 | Jul 22, 2022
Though its claustrophobic horror mystery and snappy style initially catch the attention, Nights End soon spirals into an unsalvageable disaster and thats the real horror here.
| Original Score: 2/4 | Apr 11, 2022
Director Jennifer Reeder provides what we expect but don’t always get from horror: a genuinely frightening experience.
| Original Score: B | Apr 8, 2022
An intriguing little horror flick that ends up being a throwback to the VHS era.

This is an uneven "haunted house" horror story with a nod to audiences who lived through the Covid pandemic.
| Original Score: 2/5 | Apr 7, 2022
Director Jennifer Reeder carefully sets up goosebump-inducing scares in this witty, genuinely unsettling horror movie.
| Original Score: 3.5/5 | Apr 7, 2022
A somewhat tame horror movie that's interesting and original enough to please casual genre fans.

Night’s End unfolds at a brisk but suspenseful pace, delivering smart thrills within its crafty limitations.
| Original Score: B- | Apr 4, 2022
An easy watch with some great scares and an explosive ending, but there is a feeling it could have been so much more.
| Original Score: 2.5/5 | Apr 2, 2022
Its a low-budget, low-flying horror effort strictly for those who scare easily.
| Original Score: 2.5/5 | Apr 2, 2022
Night's End doesnt necessarily offer up much in terms of new tricks or treats for the single-location-mostly-on-zoom trend but it still spins a decent supernatural yarn.
| Original Score: 5.5/10 | Apr 1, 2022
“Night’s End” takes a bit too long to build up momentum. However, Neveu’s plot really comes together in the final 20 minutes...

Nights End feels a bit like a run-of-the-mill haunting story that was adapted to shooting in a pandemic and thus to shoot with the actors in different rooms. There are a few good ideas in here, but the execution comes off a bit bland
| Original Score: 2.5/5 | Apr 1, 2022
Incredibly promising but sadly needed to summon the ghost of what it could have been. Haunted by past works and wanting to try something different doesnt always work.

Dreary, low-tech and low-budget paranormal thriller.
| Original Score: C+ | Mar 31, 2022
Night's End brings a lot of intriguing ideas to the surface around the strange powers of isolation but it ultimately doesn't stick its landing.

Addressing the occult through online communication is a wonderful way to explore a form of horror focused on the exchange of ideas.
| Original Score: 3.5/5 | Mar 31, 2022
Nights End is competently crafted but makes for a woefully boring, pointless story with little scares
| Original Score: 2/5 | Mar 31, 2022
There is still a message to be had in doing so: namely telling Ken that he needs to deal with himself before dealing with others. I don't think Night's End lets him, though.
| Original Score: C | Mar 31, 2022
Reeder still shows herself to be a filmmaker of promise, if not yet a particularly good judge of material.
