An absoulty PERFECT movie. Wonderful combanation of romance, comedy, action, adventure, and so so much more. I could watch this movie over and over again and still laugh and cry at all the same parts as before. I can easily say that this is my favourite movie.

I have watched too much to actually think it’s good. It just is not. Too boring and too long.

The book was required reading in my honors English class in 1988 so of course we got to watch the movie after we finished the book, and I have re-watched the movie every year since. We have made sure all of our kids got to watch it as well. As a family of movie quoters this is pure gold.

It would be inconceivable to miss this movie. It's a family friendly film. A true classic. It's got action, adventure, romance, and comedy. It's got everything from rodents of unusual size, fire swamps, sword fighting, electric eels, and a six-fingered man. And the most noble cause of all true love. It's a shame they don't make more movies like this.

One of the best action romcoms of all time. A joy to watch. Great acting.

Filme legal pra cacete, o roteiro é legal, o filme mostra um avô que conta uma história para seu neto, e nessa história está iñigo montoya junto com vizzini e o grandalhão fezzik (André the giant), os 3 vão fazem uma jornada mas só iñigo montoya quer vingança, depois o iñigo enfrenta um mascarado de espada vs espada e iñigo perde mas não morre, e o mascarado enfrenta o grandalhão fezzik e o mascarado faz fezzik desmaiar, e depois engana vizzini por tomar uma bebida e vizzini desmaia, depois o mascarado consegue ganha a garota amarrada pelo 3 e depois beija ela, depois os dois continuam na jornada e a garota volta para o seu rei, e a garota pediu para levar o mascarado(Westley) em segurança para onde ele veio, mas o principe não cumpre o que ela pediu, e torturou Westley, depois iñigo e fezzik retorna a consciência e vão atrás do Westley e encontra ele desmaiado em uma caverna subterrânea, depois os 3 iñigo montoya, fezzik e Westley vão atrás da princesa, iñigo atrás de vingança, depois os 3 conseguem entrar no castelo e iñigo mata alguns capangas e depois iñigo diz (meu nome é iñigo montoya, voce matou meu pai, prepara-se para morrer) e o conde Rugen correu e depois eles tem a luta na parte de baixo do castelo e o iñigo diz a frase várias vezes e depois mata o conde Rugen, na parte de cima do castelo a princesa encontra na cama Westley e o príncipe vê tudo e fica na cadeia, depois todos Westley, a princesa, iñigo e fezzik vão embora de cavalo e Westley e a princesa dão o beijo e acaba a história e o avô se despedi do neto, com tudo isso, eu recomendo esse filme vale a pena assistir.

If you have a negative opinion on this movie, you have no heart. It's pure, it's innocent, it captures a beautiful story of love, wit, adventure and revenge in a fantastic and lovely world. Everything is perfect. The acting, the music, the dialogue, the scenery, the subtext, the casting. It is one for the history books of cinema.

This movie is an absolute classic. As the grandfather says, it has romance, pirates adventure, Magic, revenge, and justice! Beautifully shot, the actors are great. The dialogue is witty – no reason not to love this movie.

everything is perfect about this film, storyline, acting, script. Everytime I watch it I see something new. Original and unique story has become a family favourite.

Loved this show as a kid. Memorized all the lines and played it for my 8th grade Birthday party. So much fun.

My favorite movie of all time. I taught Jr. High students for 30 years and showed it every year. It never became outdated. They absolutely loved it.

It would be absolutely insane to give this movie less than a perfect score, as it is one of the most well-known, amazing movies of all time and most of the world agrees. This movie has literally everything you could ask for: hilarity, emotion, love, chaos, kindness, action, and a good romance! The movie is over-the-top, but is self-aware as to why, and is completely well-done in every aspect, from the acting to the set design, extending to the amazing storyline and the way they tell it. It is a very beautiful movie and we are very lucky to have this masterpiece in our lives.

I refused to watch this as a kid and only just watched it for the first time. Entertaining and a good family film.

It's the perfect movie. I've watched it hundreds of times and quite it daily- but it still never gets old.

There is a shortage of perfect movies. It would be a pity for you to miss this one.

I personally this is the greatest movie ever made.
