Just a fun thoughtless movie.

A mediocre and funny movie.

Our of the three of these movies I've watched this one has gotten the most chuckles out of me. I don't go into these movies expecting more than dumb, stereotyping kind of humor and this one does better at delivering in my opinion. Even if some of it is crude and wouldn't stand today, it doesn't ruin it for me.

The franchise begins to overdo its absurdity without the Wayne’s Brothers. Scary Movie 3 can still entertain fans of the series, including myself, but the balance between cleverness, humor, and stupidity shifts more towards the latter. Nevertheless, as a fan of the series, I still found myself laughing while watching this film. Grading: C

This story is a spoof of various other films much like its previous sequels and involving its original cast the story continues with Cindy being a news reporting investigating crop circles until another horror emerges. Having the Wayans family heavily involved in the making of this film and past credits thry make it funnier and more entertaining. Scary movie 2 provided a one sidded spoof, this provided a variety of spoofs. There's familiar faces that will give you the same laughs, the jokes continue and doesn't dry up quickly. It is recommended to own if you want laughs, entertainment and poking fun at other films.

Best entry in the series. This is the only one I actively go back and rewatch.

I don’t care what anyone says, this is the best Scary Movie. It has the best jokes and parodies of the franchise. Simon Rex and Anna Faris are great as George and Cindy. Unfortunately, the series goes downhill from here

Not the worst out of the series, but comes in 2nd place. Terrible taste, not even a 9 year old would enjoy the humour.

it's dumb and I mean really dumb. but it's the best one out of the series. and I have a soft spot for it

Bom filme! Recomendo assistir. Da pra se divertir e rir bastante, pois entrega bastante humor.

"Scary Movie 3" is not a groundbreaking comedy, but it is a decent spoof movie. I do feel this is an improvement over the second movie. I do feel like the movie works for me because I saw "The Ring" somewhat recently and it parodies that film the most. I also am a big fan of "Signs" and "8 Mile" and I really enjoyed the way this movie parodies those as well. I do think some of the jokes are a miss, but enough of them made me laugh to where I think the movie is okay. Overall, it is not a movie that is going to win anyone over who didn't already like the humor this franchise has to offer, but I think it is a decent fun time with plenty of silliness to go around.

Decente película, una cinta que en mi opinión supera a la primera. Esta es una película en la que hubo un rotundo cambio en la saga ya que hubo un cambio de director y se saco por completo a los hermanos Wayans. En su reemplazo pusieron a David Zucker, quien ya es muy conocido por hacer cine parodia, y creo que en esta película no lo hace nada mal. Se nota una diferencia con las anteriores dos, principalmente en los chistes, se hizo de lado a los chistes sexuales (los cuales en mi opinión eran demasiados y saturaban) para convertirla en una película para adolescentes y sacar la clasificación R para ganar mas publico. Además, algo que le suma mucho a esta cinta en mi opinión, es que se sigue una historia dentro de todo lo absurdo, y ya no es como las anteriores dos que no había trama directamente y eran un conjunto de chistes. Las diversas parodias realizadas me gustaron, aunque hay cosas muy random como la aparición de Michael Jackson, que siento que era algo mas de la época y llega a funcionar sin que me parezca innecesario. El humor en general me gusto, tiene chistes muy buenos y se nota el trabajo de Zucker, aunque creo que hay algunos mas icónicos en la primera entrega. Por otro lado, el elenco de personajes me gusta, por un lado están los originales interpretados por Anna Faris y Regina Hall, y por otro lado cambia un poco, ya que se dejo de lado a los personajes de los hermanos Wayans y en su "reemplazo" están Anthony Anderson y Kevin Hart, ambos me parecieron personajes graciosos y que hacen que no se sienta tanto la ausencia de los Wayans. Además, también se suman actores de renombre como Charlie Sheen y Leslie Nielsen que suman mucho a esta entrega. En conclusión, una tercera entrega en mi opinión al nivel de la primera, que hasta incluso es un poco mejor, una cinta con un cambio de tono en cuanto a que se deja de lado todo lo sexual y que se empieza a tomar un poco mas en serio en cuanto a la trama, cosa que me gusto mucho. La recomiendo.

A great comedy movie that parodies 00's scary movies, a huge improvement from scary movie 2. good jokes, good actors. not everyone's cup of tea but for those who like this style of movies will love it.

They aren't meant to have a good score they are there to spoof horror movies and make us laugh and it did just that

Esse é bem melhor e mais engraçado que o restante da franquia, não é a melhor comédia, mas comparada aos outros filmes da franquia, esse é o melhor.

Well it's better than 2 but that's not saying much. It's ok. Everything is pretty much mediocre fundamentally. The acting is ok with the quality depending on the jokes which are very hit or miss and the acting goes with it. The only exception is Anthony Anderson who is the only good thing in this and consistently gets laugh with his slapstick and witty delivery. Sheen and a few others feel like their sleepwalking through this throughout. The music is generic and forgettable except the rap battle which is iconic for millennials and really reflects the poor quality of pop culture around than. The editing is a mess and the pacing is hit or miss. So is the cinematography. Ironically the rap battle and anything "Hood" related is the best part and consistently gets laughs but has almost nothing to do with the plot. This also has no idea if it wants to spoof horror or just pop culture in general with a crap ton of reference humor from MJ to The Matrix. While some are funny like 8 mile, none of them work together to form a cohesive narrative or tone. Even though Airplane! had random Segway jokes, they were consistent in tone, hit out of the park consistently, and limited the reference humor to a portion of the runtime while trying to be its own thing. This never knows what it wants to be but does have parts that work. This is a perfect time capsule of the rock bottom pop culture of 2003. So if you wanna go back in time to a cultural dead period than watch this and be prepared to roll your eyes. Otherwise skip this. It's a passable improvement but that's not saying much.
