It's a fun action ride, nothing new or groundbreaking, but it is entertaining. It's in the vein of Kevin Bacon's "Death Sentence" and Garner's "Peppermint". if you've seen those, you've already seen this. But, that's definitely not a bad thing in this case.

What a ride, I loved it! Gritty and stylish. Brought back the good times of John Woo. I want to see more of Joel Kinnaman as an action hero.

This movie was unbelievable. It had action but it was so far fetched. I had high expectations for this movie but it let me down.

Expected more from John Woo this is more Paycheck movie than Face/Off or Hard Boiled. Action wasn't up to par with his other movies. Disappointed

It was a little slow at first then it was all over the place.

it was okay, wasn’t expecting most of the movie to be silent but the action and emotional aspect of the movie was for sure there. Doesn’t leave you with much of a happy overall ending.

It wasnt anything we havent seen before, but not as good. Man on Fire, Taken, watchable, and entertaining. But I should have watched it at home.

Better than what I expected

This movie was like a cheap John Wick movie. To many unbelievable things. Sorry… I normally love Woo movies.

Good premise, but not having any dialogue really threw me off. And the constant flashbacks were overkill. The last 15 minutes became an extremely unrealistic and didnt pair well with the rest of the movie.

Poorly written mediocre acting -- not at all what we expected from John Woo. Took WAY too long to set the characters and story up, The action scenes in the trailer are pretty much it. By about the tenth time he plays the music box people in the theatre were openly groaning. One of the people in the couple next to us was sound asleep at the end.
