Great! Very gory, but the ending was worth it

This was a very underrated movie, but we loved it. It's great to see an action movie with an older man as the lead.

Fun action movie in the style of John Wick.

A fun John Wick inspired movie that is both realistic and over the top at the same time. I wasn't bored for a second!

I was routing for the dog to make it through the whole movie.

Jorma Tommila could be John Wick's grandpa! Awesome movie. Loved it!!!

I saw the movie as a Finnish nod to the general view in Finland that their soldiers are second to none. Finns had an enviable reputation as fighters during WWII. They crushed Russians early-on, despite being woefully outnumbered and having no armor. Finn volunteer units in the German army were very highly decorated and well respected (despite fighting for the wrong side). The protagonist appeared like a comic book superhero, surviving ten times the trauma that a normal person could. I loved the scenes where he hands one of the "comfort women" a sub-gun and the humor at very end where he asks the teller for big bills because they're easier to carry. This was a highly enjoyable fantasy film with realistic, non-stop action.

I liked the blood and guts, and HOT CHICKS. It was kind of Hocky but was almost believable. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It was a very intense movie. He was determined against all odds to follow thru with his plans for his life. I found it very inspirational.

It feels like John Wick in another timeline

This movie has a simplistic plot of non-stop violence. It is not a good war movie. Extremely unrealistic and impossible action scenes. This might work if it was a comedy, but it is too serious for that.

A little too much violence. Interesting main character

A beautifully filmed movie with spectacularly slim script excellent communication through other avenues, pretty intense carnage, excellent casting and acting.

It's like a Die Hard movie directed by Quentin Tarantino if he had been born in Finland!

It's one of those movie where the bad guys get what is coming to them. Sisu is a good movie to watch and root for the good guy who is being bullied. Bloody in the few fighting scenes but not as bad as I expected. About 1.5 hours long and that is all it really needed to be. Some historical perspective at the beginning of the movie, but all in all not worth paying to see it again.

A wild ride! Loved the simplicity of the story. Action was insane.
