Hypocrisy. The focus is on the male lead and the girl doesn't matter at all. It's hypocrisy. Not more and not less.

Masterpiece...holds up after all these years.Great cast,soundtrack....sadly brandon lee lost his life making this movie.This is prime movie making...rip brandon

With a great soundtrack, great batman forever gotham-esque visuals, compelling story and some 90s grunge charm, it is clear to see why this is a cult classic

action packed and perfectly filmed for the emo crowd.

I'll tell you this, I wasn't really interested in it at first. To be honest the movie holds up on its own and yes while the CGI and the weird pacing made it abit of a hit or miss for some, you can't help but wonder if Brandon Lee hadn't met his untimely demise. For all we know the script rewrites and the CGI was just a means to produce a fraction of what Alex Proyas was trying to achieve in his vision of the film. It's always that kind of film which you always dive back to and watch just for the love of it, and one which made me actually look up the original scripts and concepts of scenes. Nonetheless it remains 90's Iconic film which I would definitely recommend watching for its amazing soundtracks, beautiful acting work and awesome fight scenes which made history.

There will never be another Crow. They can remake and re-imagine all they want. But Brandon Lee IS Eric Draven and always will be. His legacy will live on in all of our hearts. Every actor in this movie was perfect. The music was perfect. It was, and still is, a timeless masterpiece. This movie means so much to me and will forever be my favorite.

Stylish and action packed but that's all, no real story just violence. Not much different from Death Wish.

The Crow - Die Krähe gilt als ein Kultfilm. Dieser Film jährt sich dieses Jahr zum 30 jährigen Jubiläum. Belohnt wurden wir mit einem Remak, welcher schlecht sein soll. (Habe ihn noch nicht gesehen). Außerdem ist der Film leider auch bekannt geworden, dass während des Drehs der Hauptdarsteller Brandon Lee durch eine Schusswaffe starb. Eine echte Patrone ist zwischen den Fakepatronen stecken geblieben und hat sich dann beim Dreh gelöst und Lee getötet. Michael Massee der den tödlichen Schuss abfeuerte, konnte dieses Ereignis bis zu seinem Tod nie verkraften. Es ist richtig Schade das Brondon Lee diesen Film nie sehen konnte. Mit diesem Film hätte er mehr Rollen bekommen und hätte den Schatten seines Vaters hinter sich lassen können. Das hat er auch geschafft. Lee spielt sensationell und authentisch und man kann in Nachvollziehen. Er ist nur aus auf Rache, hat trotzdem noch menschliche Momente. Das Make-up ist ikonisch und das auch zu Recht. Seine Backstory und sein Verhältnis zu seiner Freundin wird in Rückblenden erzählt und trotzdem schafft es der Film, das man Emotional betroffen ist. Die Action ist super und der Film sieht wie ein typischer 90er-Streifen aus. Der Film ist ziemlich dunkel und düster. Die Bösewichte sind zwar überzeichnet, das stört, jedoch nicht. The Crow hat seinen Kultstatus absolut verdient und sieht nach 30 Jahren immer noch gut aus. Für Superheldenfans und Actionfans eine absolute Empfehlung. 9/10

In a vacuum this is a fine 90's dark action. Tainted I think with it's reputation, most seasoned fans of the genre will find it to be just ok. The real last domino to fall in terms of it's lackluster-ness is the final shootout scene which will leave many bewildered and perhaps unable to take this title seriously anymore.

Brandon Lee was spectacular in The Crow. It was, is, and will forever be my favorite movie. Tremendous actors and the Uff soundtrack... best decade of my life. The Gothic style is amazing!

This movie was amazing. It is sad. What happened to Brendan Lee on set Unfortunately, unfortunately, I think he would’ve been very Big actor and would’ve won some big awards Had he lived. I had no idea that this is based off of a graphic novel. This movie was very dark and eerie, but a very good storyline. I don’t think that this movie should’ve ever been remade. Perfect For a Halloween themed movie night.

I love and Miss Brandon Lee. He played Eric Draven like a God. he is still and forever Eric Draven. Nobody Compares to the King who is Brandon Lee

The Crow is my favorite movie I’ve seen all year. It has an awesome soundtrack, an amazing performance by Brandon Lee, and a beautiful gothic tone. None of the other entries in the franchise come close to the original
