The Marksman Reviews
Not the best but still very underrated
WHAT A DUMB SHOW I have never taken the time to write a movie review but wow what has happened to Hollywood. I saw a trailer on tik tok and paid $3.99 to rent it. What a waste of Money! KAthryn Winnick is in it and she of course was horrible in Big Sky but where do I start, She could never be a real cop let alone a ranking Border Patrol Agent and nobody is going to burn money in a campfire even if it is supposedly cartel money. Just soooo bad,
An intense action flick with more than a few heartfelt moments thrown in for good measure.
I was pretty disappointed especially because I expected a better story with Liam starring. I should have paid more attention to the critics reviews instead of giving in to the much higher audience reviews. Skip this one folks. Terrible ending too since there were so many open issues: Cartel wouldn’t have ever stopped and no hint what the future holds for others.
I lost track of how many times I rolled my eyes. It also hit so many clichés I lost track of them too. I'm not gonna lie. I couldn't finish it when they started burning hundred dollar bills for a guy who can't pay His mortgage I did one last eye roll and I was out. When he went to the grocery store to buy food, he should've bought some Trix. And I could at least have had a laugh
I love all of Liam Neeson movie 🎥🍿. Doesn't matter what kind of movie he makes slow or fast t suspense or action. I will watch it.
Jackson is ass off.
More could have been done to tell the story of the law enforcement that would have been chasing after an old dude that stole a kid from them. But overall it's a decent movie. yeah, it's story that's been told before, and you know how it's going to end, but there are Characters you care about. Even if it's just the dog. And it's and enjoyable watch.
🍀 5.8/10 80% of Liam Neeson lines are yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa something like that. Honestly I liked this more than I thought. It’s not great but it’s definitely one of the better projects on Liam Neeson newer slate.
A very 'Liam Nesson' film. I'm starting to dislike these same formulaic movies
A sloppy mess from start to finish that we have seen done way better 100 times before. Continuity is laughable & it it just honestly stupid. Multiple people mag dumping into a pickup truck without busting a single window or tyre? Aiming at every npc goon instead of the main bad guy just so you can have a final showdown? The"marksman" that cant hit anything unless the plot says he can. Random songs that play for 7 seconds for no reason. Just no...
A very poor and unbelievable storyline, acting as solid as a bowl of oatmeal, even the 2 big named stars, Neeson & Winnick, can't give the movie any credibility. Don't waste your time.
Disappointingly predictable and formulaic. Is Liam short of cash I wonder?
Nobody cares about what the critics say these days 😂 its a good watch.
If not for Liam this film would not get 2 stars. It's predictable and full of American cliches. Guns hamburgers and bad guy Mexicans. Of course Neeson is an ex nam vet.
This was a really believable and at last a suitable and sensitive role for Neesom. Good pacing and competent direction backed with strong performances from everyone and just enough but not too much action.
Bad plot, bad writing, bad movie. I'm guessing that the character of Sarah is his stepdaughter from what she says while holding a photo. The character of Jim takes a child from the BP center, even though his stepdaughter works there and he could have just told her what was going on and they could have protected the child. Yet no warrant was put out for Jim after basically kidnapping the child. I watched the first 45 minutes and shut it off. How was someone able to even sell this story to any company and make money from it? Don't waste your time with this one!
Fun, predictable, brainless and shallow, exactly what I was expecting and what I wanted.
Vale apena assistir? Sim Nota: 6,5
