Ugh. Don’t waste your time

Um ótimo thriller de espionagem. Uma trama envolvente e ações impactantes. Para quem curte esse tipo de gênero, pode gostar muito desse filme. Apesar de alguns arcos serem mal desenvolvidos, mas nada comprometedor. Pierce Brosnan retorna muito bem ao âmbito da espionagem, mas com uma abordagem mais realista.

It wasn't the greatest spy flick ever. But it was enjoyable enough as a fantasy conspiracy who's the real bad guy kind of thing. I probably won't watch it a second time, but it was a passible way to spend a couple hours.

CIA agent Peter Devereaux is happily retired living in Switzerland. Until his ex-boss, John Hanley, shows up and tries to convince him to come back for just this one mission.... Go to Moscow and extract their agent who is deep undercover in the Russian government. The agent has a name that can indict a Russian presidential candidate. A name the CIA will kill to keep secret. Ao inicio do filme esta ele e seu parceiro Luke, onde estão em uma missão e ela não da por total completo. E Pierce se afasta da CIA. Anos depois os caminhos deles vem a se cruzar novamente, quando um antigo afer de Pierce que é uma espiã infiltrada é morta ao seu lado e Luke é o responsável. Aí inicia um aperseguição, onde CIA passa a caça-lo, e quem é o responsável Luke. Em toda esta estoria aparece Olga que tem um passado sombrio que envolve um grande politico russo. E que ela tenta esconder. E nessa corrida de gato e rato e motivo de vingança de Pierce e de Olga. Acabam se juntando para expor toda a verdade. Que Olga guarda de seu passado. Que foi violentada e feito de escrava sexual, nos negócios do russo. Um filme corrido cheio de ação e ver Pierce novamente na pegada de agente é muito legal. Um filme que vale sim você ver. Boas atuções dos atores. Roteiro e enredo meio complicado, porem bom. Vale apena assistir? Sim Nota: 7,5

If you watched enough from the genre you know it's all rehashed over and over again...at least this one was based on a book...

Película interesante, con un giro final algo manido pero que mantiene cierta tensión hasta el final.

forgetful spy thriller

Disappointing. Not a good movie

A lame predictable by the numbers action film with little action.

I really enjoyed The November Man. It was well acted, written and directed. Pierce Brosnan was the right age for this film and I don't understand why people said he was too old. He is 68 now and was 61 when this was filmed. CIA agents can retire at 60. He would have been 56 when he retired. Still. It's an excel and entertaining film.

Very marginain. Don't waste your time.

Too much spy references.
