It was a great movie.

I really enjoyed this movie, have seen it twice. It has humour, action, a good storyline and a feel good ending, what more do you need?

Funny enough to keep me from turning it off.

La típica historia del espía retirado familiar que lo viene a buscar su pasado pero en este caso con Mark Wahlberg. Tiene varios puntos altos y me gusto bastante, divertida y con buenas escenas de accion. Por momentos (especialmente en la primer hora) se hace un poco lenta y pesada pero una vez que agarra ritmo esa sensación desaparece. Además de los típicos puntos cliché del genero hay un bache raro que se siente como una publicidad larga de Las Vegas, por suerte no dura mucho pero fue lo suficientemente extraño. Entretiene y eso es lo importante.

Dumb fun. Better than the 27% critics score. I'd give it about a 55%. If it wasn't such a worn out premise it probably would have fared a little better.

This movie is so generic and by the numbers. It’s like a completely soulless movie spat off an assembly line. It is also unintentionally hilarious in how uneven it is. One moment it is like a silly kids movie and the next there is some graphic death scene. My wife wanted to watch it and I feel like I was subjected to it.

Crap, crap and more crap. So many movies did this premise better.

Not just a shoot em up movie like John Wick movies. This movie adds humor and heartfelt family interactions which makes it one of the best action movies I’ve ever seen. And it’s not just about 2 dimensional heroes and villians but about real human beings who have good and bad character traits. Loved it!

Predictable action flick with abhorrent writing that translates to mind blowing decision making on the characters part. The only brightside to this flick is Mark Wahlburg is in it, though he can only do so much with the script given. I dislike the Mother character extremely.

Forget that this movie has the most generic title since "Crazy, Stupid, Love." "The Family Plan" is exactly what you would expect from a Mark Wahlberg family flick. It's a bit predictable and it feels like it's a movie that's already been made but there are moments unique to 2023 throughout. With that in mind, I had a good time with this one. There are countless implausible moments (sleeping family chase scene) but there are also some surprisingly tender bits ("I have something they don't have..."). Where this movie thrives is in the intrafamily dynamics. Though each character's motives might be a bit surface level, the film dedicates time to each of their stories. This is a movie that I would happily turn on again, which is better than the string of films that I wrapped up 2023 with. Best Character: Dan Best Scene: "You're My Eyes" Note: His name is actually Van! Note 2: Diaper Face.

Wahlberg’s movies are typically quite pointless but I had hoped for at least some good action sequences. However, even those were beyond disappointing. How this movie ever came about to be released is beyond me…

I created my account just to write this review. Michelle Monaghan’s character was so insufferable and annoying I was praying the antagonist would end her.

Amazing movie need more like this at this time of age

Great movie although quite predictable but a really good movie to relax,see some action and still consider it a family-ish movie.

At first, I was apprehensive about this movie. I am not much for comedy. But, this movie was actually pretty good. There was planty of action to balance the comedy. And, the comedy was good.
